We wanted the flooring to match the existing hardwood floors. They unfortunately did not do help us with that decision; we were sent with samples on our own to make that decision. I would've liked some guidance with this; so in this sense, I was disappointed with the customer service. They subcontracted the installation and didn't supply the subcontractor with molding that he needed initially, so there was a delay in getting all the work finished. The finished product looks nice, but I would have appreciated a professional opinion on matching the flooring.

It went fine. the two men who came were cheerful but focused on their work, which they did expeditiously. this is the second time we have used this company - had them install hardwood floors at another location. we would use them again.

It was a very positive experience. They helped us pick out the carpeting. Everything was on time as far as the installation, and it was fairly priced. They cleaned up any mess. We are very happy with how everything looks.

Sinisa Savanovic and his crew arrived promptly at 8:00 am each day. They seemed to work continuously each day until that phase of the project was completed and cleaned up at the end of each workday. They finished the entire project in 2 1/2 days. It included tiling 4 rooms, about 350 square feet with lots of odd angles and cuts. They were always polite and professional. I would use them again and recommend them to friends.

The finished floor is amazing. You can not tell what is original oak and what is new. My only complaint is I didn't know how dusty the project would be. Very honest & friendly.

SALES PERSON/ESTIMATOR FORGOT TO PASS ON INFO TO THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY AT OFFICE. BUT A PHONE CALL TO THEM GOT EVERYTHING STRAIGHTENED OUT WITH VERY LITTLE HASSLE. THE OFFICE PERSONNEL AND THE ON SITE TECHNICIANS WERE VERY NICE, PROFESSIONAL AND GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO.
