Sales person in Stow was more interested in TRYING to talk about his classic car at home or how much milk he buys for his kids!He was very rude, argumentative with my wife, seemed to have an issue with women.  Who knows?Anyway, the delivery people were GREAT!  They were the best thing about Meyers.  Josh the owner is great too, but I don't think he knows his sales and service people are poor at best.The service man would not attach our ice maker because we had PVC pipe!  We hired a plumber and it was NO PROBLEM!  Made us feel like we had a substandard house or something!  Yea installation was suppose to be included!!We asked the service man if he could tighten up the LOOSE handle on the brand new GE Double oven, he said It was up to GE to do that, call them!  Wow, I could have had that response from Lowes or Home Depot!  We went to Meyers for family quality service and didn't really receive that from Sales or Service.  The owner is a Great Guy but he needs to take a hard look at his sales and service people.Hey Josh, call me!  I'm in sales and customer service, I could blow these guys away in a minute!  Whatever...typical these days!Nobody cares.....

They did not deliver it or install it for me, I installed it myself. My experience with them was very good. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery when they ordered it and got it in from the stock was good enough. I would use them again in the future.

We were very dissastified with their work. There was an $85 service fee just to come out and then we were charged an additional $95; he never performed any work. He was here for only about 10 minutes; he just looked at our appliance and told us it was broken & said that we should order a part for it. He also said our microwave was going to break, and it hasn't yet. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I bought the range a year and half ago and now its out of warranty. While i was under warranty they replaced a couple of burners and a switch. Myers said the new parts does not extend the warranty and that I would have to contact Whirlpool. After speaking with Whirlpool they agreed to send out additonal parts to Myers to install. Myers came to replace parts and dispose of the old parts they ended up throwing out one of the new parts and kept an old parts in the range. After I realized they threw out the new part I contacted Myers to see if they would replace the part they threw out. They told I could purchase a new part from them at my own expense. I do not feel that I should have to pay their mistake. They came up with an idea that they could replace the part if they have one in the warehouse that matches. I do not know why they can not tell me that they have the part in stock and will replace it. I am tired of being given the run around and poor customer service.

Repair person was condesending to my neighbor who is in her 70s, spoke in technical terms only. Did not fix problem. Had to call again. On second trip installed a temperature gauge and said don't open the door too many times or store alot of food in the refrigerator. Big help. Not!!!!

I was referred to the Ravenna Store by a family member. I visited the store, and talked to the person recommended. As I would find out, he seemed to be the only one who knew what was going on. When I went back to order, the sales person didn't seem to have any idea what was going on, she had to keep calling the original person I talked to. Even with 1.5 months notice, only two of the appliances were ready to be delivered when I moved in. A week later they brought those two and another that had come in. I had to wait about another 3 weeks for the refrigerator. I was in the house for a month with no refrigerator. Every time I called to check on it, no one knew where it was, but said they'd let me know when it came in. When it came in, they had ordered the wrong icemaker. Once the right icemaker came in, they brought me a $100 no name icemaker that leaks all the time, and I later found out a brand name icemaker is about half that.

I had a lot of questions about the installation process, we had to call the manufacturer to ask them about the standards. I felt Myers should have asked me to measure the space ahead of time. The microwave and cooktop are sitting very close together.

WE TRY TO USE LOCAL BUSINESSES TO SUPPORT OUR AREA'S ECONOMY WHENEVER POSSIBLE. WE HAVE HAD SERVICE AND SALES EXPERIENCE WITH MYER'S APPLIANCE FOR APPROXIMATELY 10 YEARS, HAVING PURCHASED APPLIANCES AND UTILIZED THEIR SERVICEMAN APPROX. 6 TO 10 TIMES. ABOUT HALF THE TIME WE FOUND THEIR SERVICE TECHNICIANS TO BE HELPFUL, FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE OTHER HALF THE TIME, THEY HAVE BEEN CONDESCENDING, ILL-EQUIPPED OR NOT SO KNOWLEDGEABLE. AFTER TALKING TO JOSH MYERS THIS MORNING ABOUT OUR LAST SERVICE EXPERIENCE AND SOME DETAILS OF PAST SERVICES EXPERIENCES, I FELT IT WAS TIME TO POST A WARNING TO OTHER CONSUMERS.

THEY CHARGE $75 FOR A SERVICE CALL WHICH IS THREE TIMES MORE THAN THE PERSON I USUALLY USE! THEY HAD A TOUGH TIME COMMITTING WHEN THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO COME AND DO THE REPAIRS. I ENDED NOT HAVING THEM COME OUT.
