Lawn tractor and snow blower were picked up by the Stow shop, They returned it about a week later. After some snow and cold weather finally let up after about 3 weeks, I decided it was time to mow my front yard. On lifting the hood to remove the battery tender, I noticed the hood hinge was not secured on one side. I thought maybe they removed the hood and didn't secure it correctly. After checking another on at Lowe's and having someone else look at it, I discovered it had been broken. When I called the shop to inquire about it, I left a message. Randy called me back after about 2 hours. I explained what had happened and he kept dancing around the issue. saying his driver's would take a picture if there was any damage. I explained you wouldn't be able to tell it was broken and since the unit was only 2 years old and never had it in the shop before, I knew I didn't do it. Once or twice more he kept telling me about his drivers no reporting any damage and asked me if it had a bumper. What's a bumper got to do with my problem ? He still wouldn't address the issue, and didn't offer a solution or possible outcome. I'll never have them work on another of machines and will go somewhere else. Randy was completely ignorant and unhelpful.
