We recently bought our house, so the services performed were under our 1 year homeowners warranty.  They came out the same day (Saturday) that we reported a leak with our waterheater, which was impressive.  However, we were told an incorrect date on when the replacement would be made.  Had we not called, we would have never known when they were showing up.  They were 4 hours late showing up the day of the appointment - said they would be there by noon and it was 4 when they arrived.  They replaced the water heater, but didn't have all the parts so they came/went/came back and it was almost 8 when they were done.  The next morning, we smelled gas in the house and had to have the gas company come out.  They determined the gas joint they used wasn't sealed so we called another company to come in an repair.  That same day, they called us for payment and didn't seem to care that we had to call in another company to fix their work.  And they left parts of the old water heater laying in the mulch (even with the $150 haul away fee we paid).  We didn't even consider having them come back in and make the repair.  Having my family be safe and not have my house explode is worth the extra cost for us to have someone else do it right.  We had two other plumbers in to look at the work and both agreed they didn't even do the job to code.  There were at least 3 or 4 serious code violations.  I will never let them step foot back in my house again.
