They followed up regularly while we were deciding on service even through the Thanksgiving holiday.

We had gotten an estimate last year for another bathroom remodel for my mother in law to live with us. Although Finish Line was the same price, our brother in law decided to go with another company (a large franchise that allowed my brother-in- law to open a credit account). That bathroom started to fall apart in a few months. NOT to mention the plumbing they did was actually against code. When we were having this new bathroom added and it was completely our choice we hired Finish Line. We had Andres help us. From start to finish Andres made sure we were happy with the progress. Even when the plumbing had run into a few snags Andres was there to make sure we knew what was going on. He never once was left us not knowing how construction was going. The carpenter Brian was amazing. He was reliable, He left everything clean when he was done each day (which is WAY different from our experience with that other company). We asked Andres to pick out all the colors and details. We couldn't have done better ourselves. We have worked with a few construction companies over the past several years. Finish Line was unbelievable to work with. We are already making a list and saving for other projects we need done!

The deck is well constructed and looks great, but they did not communicate with us regarding changes and tore up our lawn. They supposedly rolled it, but still had deep ruts that need filled. They promised to come back and fix, but still have not done so. Disappointed in lack of communication, but love the deck.
