We went to the store (with our rough measurements and photos), and a helpful person there walked us through a number of choices to replace the old storms and screens on very large windows. We selected the style and quality we wanted, and their installer arrived the next week as scheduled and did the work in a swift, workmanlike manner. The installation looked great and the sliders work fine.

I called Superior Window and Glass, and they came to my home the following morning promptly at 0830 AM to replace the broken glass pane. They came exactly as scheduled, replaced the glass quickly, and their workmanship was good. Price of $85 was reasonable, I thought.

Excellent from start to finish. I sent pictures of the damage by email. I received a quote within the hour and they came the next day to replace it. Very professional and arrived exactly on time. I thought they were great. I would definitely use them again and for other jobs.

I called last week of Jan, Someone came on Jan 29 th, did measurements for attic windows. The wood around the windows was rotted, so entire sash had to be replaced, not just the frame. Given estimate, agreed, paid half. Told windows would be ready in about 4 weeks. Windows ready while i was out of town; actual job was completed Fri-before Super Bowl. Worker showed up on time, explained process and went to work. I stayed out of the way. Viewed finished product and happy with the results. Worker cleaned up nicely and job was done.

This was a straightforward, simple job--to measure our table and cut a glass topper for it. We took our table to the shop, it was measured, the appropriate thickness was recommended. It was ready at least three days before it was promised.

No nonsense. Good job. No complaints.

The price was good and they did a good job on the screen repair.

Replaced a broken pane of glass in a window. I have dealt with Supreme Glass for years, but this was my first experience with the new owner since Steve retired. It was well done, reasonable - and quick!

The service was fine. I was working with another company that used them and they recommended using them for a replacement mirror for a mantle. The company that repaired the mirror frame had me use this company for the mirror.

We have been very satisfied with their service. They were prompt and the merchandise was of quality so we were happy with it.

Their service was excellent. The guy that does the installations is very good. They are under new management but they provided the same great service. I would highly recommend them.

The quality of the material has been excellent. The service has been great. I did not price around but the price seemed reasonable for the quality of the material. The work that they did was snug and I have had no issues. They were very workmanlike and they cleaned up after themselves. I have went to the business and they are very nice to work with. They are just like an old fashioned business.

Not overly impressed - sent pictures to the office / inside sales person - they weren't used to working that way. I'm a landlord / contractor, use a lot of these types of services, they were slow to the draw on several levels. person who took the order didn't tell the tech that there was an alarm on the vacant house - tech ignored yard signs, set off alarm, disrupted meeting to take alarm company calls, etc; he left, never reset the alarm...... Tech took measurements of broken window, never looked at other small repair items we asked him too - when he returned, he also set off alarm again ("I forgot about it" was his response); he didn't have $ 3. window latches on his truck - no spare parts, nothing. We didn't want to pay for another service call, so we took care of it ourselves. Overall - broken window was replaced - not cheap, but done. Their customer intake process is funky, took week to get tech to measure window - just not a smooth transaction. Inside folks don't seem to understand the process. They're a chain, I'm new to the area so I took my chances. I will search further for an independent next time.

I will definitely use them in the future for some larger jobs I am planning.

The products and workmanship are excellent with everything fitting perfectly. The windows match the interior woodwork and maintain the character of the home.

We've been using them a lot. They're good.

We've employed this company several times over the years - for windows, window repair, and doors. We were pleased with their service; they were accessible (easy to reach; didn't have to make a million calls to track them down), punctual, affordable, fast, and cleaned up after themselves. They removed and replaced all of our windows, our front door and screen door, and fixed a window in the bathroom last year after it shattered due to extremely cold weather. Because we've been pleased with them, we continue to use them, and appreciate the fact that they're more focused on what you really need rather than what they're trying to sell to drive up their profits. All and all, I would most certainly recommend them. The only draw back thus far is that their selection is not as extensive as I would like. But, we haven't been to the store for a couple of years, so they may have expanded their inventory. I'm glad to see that they also offer carpentry and woodworking; didn't know that. Will certainly call them when and if the time comes to perform this work as well.

I've used them in the past to install triple tracks to replace my old, heavy, storm windows. I've been going around my house and scraping and painting my windows. When I've completed this I call on Supreme Glass and Windows to install the storms. I have some more windows the paint and when done I wont hesitate to give them a call. They have done a great job and continue to do so.

Supreme Glass & Window had a reasonable price. They broke the antique frame of our mirror that we wanted to replace. They said they would patch it up but would not pay for a good repair.

They were professional, timely, and neat. They also came up with creative solutions to deal with some of the old and unusual window installations in our home. They weren't cheap, but their first-class work and materials were worth it.

They did a fantastic job and I thought it was a reasonable price! I will have them replace my regular windows in the Spring as well!

The worker responded within 24 hours of placing the order. The repair took about a week to complete.
