The work was done quickly, professionally, and the wood hauled away for repurposing by the company.

GREAT! We asked probably 8 contractors for an estimate on this job--there were two very large and several smaller dead trees that needed to go. They were on a hill, behind a garage, with power lines everywhere and very limited access. We got some estimates, some people passed, but Seth came in and said Sure! We'll use a boom truck and park it on your driveway--no problem. Which is exactly what they did. Within two hours, the trees were gone, the site was cleaned up, and you'd never know they'd been there. Except the dead trees were gone! Seth was punctual, professional, and always responded quickly. His crew worked together seamlessly, and they cleaned up so well my husband didn't realize they'd been here! I would recommend Seth without reservations (in fact, they're currently working in my neighbor's yard, trimming some trees for them. Good work brings more work!)

The owner, Seth, is extremely professional and skilled in tree care and service. He is likable and very easy to communicate with. He PERSONALLY contacted us quickly to set a time to come out to look at the job. When we bought the deal he followed up quickly to schedule the work. He was present on the job. He had a GREAT personable crew with GREAT teamwork. They never wasted a minute. He has the BEST equipment to do the job quickly and correctly. We definitely recommend Nature's Beauty.

The crew was very professional and worked steadily and efficiently. They brought down one especially tall (40 - 50 ft?) tree with precision with no damage to surrounding trees. Another had a lean toward the house and it was moved without incident. It was a well worth the price. They cleaned up the area well.

Seth and his crew did an outstanding job. Within a couple days of receiving a competitive estimate, Nature's Beauty went to work and skillfully removed both shrubs and trees. Also, our yard was spotless after the job was completed. There was no debris to pick up, even after grinding stumps. I am insanely picky. But next time, I won't bother with estimates because Nature's Beauty provides top quality work at competitive prices. Much appreciated, Seth!

This was a speedy job, well done! I spoke with Mr. Seth and two days later, they came out and took care of business. There were a bit of chips left behind; but it was no big deal compared to the quality of the work and the responsiveness of the crew! They even cut off a few more overlapping branches and didn't charge me for it! This was money well spent! In this day and age when it's so hard to find a good contractor; this type of service is truly invaluable! ☺ Kudos to him and his crew!

Seth and company did a fantastic job. Unlike most contractors these days, when I reached out to Seth, he called back promptly. He came and scoped the job the next day and followed with a quote. He gave me a date that he would do the work, and stuck to it. I'm picky and his work met and exceeded expectations. My only regret is I never actually met Seth! We just talked on the phone and text, and he managed to do exactly what I had in my minds eye based on that alone. This is a fantastic company. They offer good prices and do excellent work. I would not go with anybody else,

Great communication with Seth throughout the entire process (estimate, scheduling job, etc). I was able to get the work scheduled promptly and on the day of the job, Seth and his crew worked efficiently and quickly. They thoroughly cleaned up afterward as well. Definitely recommend them!

We had a large tree that was over our house and we were concerned about damage being done to the roof. Seth and his team delivered and removed the tree within a day- yard was left clean. I found Nature's Beauty on Angie's List and when I told my neighbors I planned to have some tree work done I found that they had used Seth and his crew before and gave him the highest recommendation. They said he was the best and that I would be very happy with the results. So true! Seth came out right away when I called and provided a detailed estimate in writing a day or two later. I wanted to be home for the work and he called ahead of time to make sure the date worked for me. The crew came out, was easy and pleasant to work with, did great and careful work and cleaned up after. I am very happy with the process and the results. Would definitely call on them again for tree work. Great job!

Great. they removed all remnants of the tree and worked very quickly. It was fun to watch them work so expertly. I would hire them again.

Seth and the crew were outstanding! They were very organized. Every crew member knew their job. They cleaned up every twig and leaf and left my front and backyard looking great! I would highly recommend Seth. They come the day he schedules and stay until the job is finished. Seth was very timely in coming to give me an estimate and I thought it was very fair for the work performed.

They were very fast to come by and give an estimate and I held them off as the individual who gave the estimate told me to let the tree bloom one last time and enjoy it, then call to have to taken away. We emailed them what we wanted to do after we got the estimate as I had some additions of grinding another tree stump and work for a neighbor. They tried to work us into their schedule as the rain was covering Cleveland for several weeks. They did there best to communicate with us. Before they confirmed to come out I had also added onto the job and also asked if they could pull out some bushes from my neighbor's house while at mine. They indicated it was no problem at all. I would use and or recommend their service again.

The team arrived and worked hard to get everything done and I feel their pricing was very fair & competitive.

I had called regarding tree branches that had been damaged due to a storm. Seth was quick to contact me and provided a very reasonable cost for the job. His team came when I was at work so I was pleased to see the job had been completed when I pulled in the driveway. I was pleasantly surprised to also find the team removed several other branches that could potentially cause an issue, but that I wasn't going to worry about just yet. Seth never asked for additional money for the extra work. I will be calling Seth for any additional tree work I may have in the future. He is professional, flexible and seems to really want to make his customers happy.

First off, these guys are no BS. Straight up get the job done and leave it better than they found it. I was impressed and I am not easily impressed. I have had other tree services in the past and these folks by far blow them away on both price, performance and professionalism. Seth got in touch when i purchased a deal on line and we set up a time. He came out saw what they could do and then I asked for a quote for additional trees to be removed. The price was right so we made another deal. He said they would be out within the week and they were there in a couple days. He showed up full force with a bucket truck, crane, a flat bed, two dumps a grinder and a large crew. Seth and his crew captain assessed the yard and got to work. They arrived at 9 and all 12 trees were down and removed by 1. Folks, these were not small trees, the smallest was 30' tall with an 18" diameter all the way up to probably 70+' and 3+' diameter. The crew was very cordial and answered any question I asked. Their coordination and communication was top notch and honestly i have been touting these guys in my neighborhood with many asking who did such a great job. By all means if you need a tree service, these guys are the one you want to call. I have had a couple other tree trimming folks out but bar none this crew is head and shoulders above the rest. Do yourself a favor and reach out, you wont regret it.

Seth's crew did a super professional, quick and tidy job. From our first inquiry to the work being finished was a 5 day span, and you'd never know a giant tree came down. Not a scrap of debris was left behind. Seth was very responsive by phone, text, and email, and his cost very reasonable. I would definitely hire him again!

Nature's Beauty came recommended by two of my neighbors and a competitor. The tree they removed from my yard was a very large, very old tree (I would guess 50 feet tall and 75 years old). There were branches hanging directly over my roof, and it was right next to some power lines. I contacted Seth on Monday, he sent me an estimate which I accepted on Tuesday, and they had the tree down and the large pieces hauled away on Wednesday. The stump was ground out and the remaining logs hauled away on Thursday. It was incredibly efficient. Seth was available via text, phone, email, or Angie's list messages through the entire process and was very responsive. At the end, one of the crew used a leaf blower to clean my porch, sidewalks, driveway, etc. They left a nice neat pile of mulch where the tree used to be. They did a great job.

The crew contacted me in advance and arrived when expected. The agreed upon work was done well and the crew left the larger pieces as I requested (we have a fireplace). I was very satisfied with the work and quite happy with the quoted price!

Seth is impressive in the way he manages his crew. Everyone is busy all the time and he is keenly aware of what each person is doing. He really does watch everything and everyone closely. This is important when the task at hand is risky and dangerous as in my case; the oak tree was more than 100 feet tall and thick with big heavy branches hanging over my house and close to electrical wires. Additionally, there was only a few feet of space between other structures such as my neighbors home. Seth was such a professional and supervised the job very well. Initially, I called several other tree companies for estimates, he gave me the fairest price and he was the easiest to deal with. I'm happy that I had faith in him. It's great that he personally answers calls to his company. Even if you must occassionally speak to an answering machine, he promptly returns calls. It's great to speak directly to him when I call since he is the person managing the project. Not every company is like that, during my planning stage, I found that middle people such as secretaries where annoying to me and delayed progress. Not with Nature's Beauty, when I called, I spoke with the man in charge ;-) He was also able to squeeze me in on such short notice even though he was very busy. I had a pressing issue because the City was days away from beginning work near my home. Seth was able to get my project done and the city was able to commence their project without delay. I would certainly call him again.

Seth told me they would probably come on the 14th. There was a crew of 6 men. They arrived at 1pm. They removed the tree by 5pm. They did a great job of cleaning up the yard. They came back on Friday and ground out the stump and roots. It was fascinating to watch the process.
