First I'll give the positives because I always want to start off with what was done right. The company was very responsive to my phone calls they got out within 2 weeks to provide estimate the guy stuff that came out to do the estimate was very professional and pleasant. Where it gets a little tricky for me is the people that came out to do the work tore up pockets of my grass as they were removing the bigger bush from the long and dragging it out onto their machine and they also broke the handle off of my barbecue grill which in and of itself is not a big deal because it's not like it was expensive but I would have preferred that they would have notified me instead of just picking it up and placing it back in its location as if nothing had happened. They still need to come and remove the stump so I will see how that goes.

Very well. They were thorough, did exactly what we had discussed, and cleaned up all the debris. They were also patient when I had to postpone the work for a couple of months.

I started to worry about my trees when we were having all those heavy winds and heavy rains here in the Cleveland area, and I started noticing a lot of trees falling down so I started looking for tree services. After calling a few places that were either ridiculously priced (which I felt they were attempting to take advantage of the need) or never returned my phone call to even give me an estimate. I got in touch with nature’s beauty who are nothing short of spectacular from start to finish. From calling their office and setting up an estimate to the actual estimate to the actual service there was zero guess work on my part. On the day of the service they arrived at noon and I figured leave the house let them do their thing and I had to double back because I forgot something and within that short time of me being gone for 90 minutes they had already cut down and removed and cleaned up three trees. They were fast efficient and those are things I appreciate. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs tree services! Now I get to enjoy my new found space with my backyard being clear and enjoy the night sky from my back porch/patio.

I contacted the company and was promptly provided with an estimate which included complete removal and stump grinding or branch trimming. I accepted the estimate and chose removal and stump grinding. It was couple of weeks before I was notified when the crew would come to do the job but fortunately it was not terribly urgent. (Perhaps because of the delay, the company revised the estimate to a LOWER amount which I appreciated very much.) The crew arrived early that Monday morning and completed the job in 45 minutes! I was very satisfied with the work and they left the surrounding area tidy. The team was very professional and worked well together. The stump grinder arrived the next day and also did a very good job. Nature's Beauty had previously done work for me in 2019 and I was also satisfied at that time. I would recommend this company based on their expertise, professionalism, and pricing.

Outstanding workmanship. They did such a great job ensuring the branches came down in a controlled and safe method. Took a 48" around tree over our garage and didn't cause any damage to the structure. Professional, timely, and affordable. Would highly recommend.

They arrived on time, were very cautious and careful of all property (mine and my neighbors) The tree was very large and in a difficult position. The fact that I would hire them again is the best recommendation I can give!

I would never hire them to do anything! They've been unresponsive after I asked for some compensation to restore my lawn. They put some fertilizer on the grass without saying anything, which is no where near what needs to be done to fix what they did. Unprofessional and shady.

I hired Nature's Beauty to remove 2 trees and trim back several other areas. Seth responded to my online request very quickly. He came out immediately to look at what I needed done and presented a quote the same day. Seth kept in good contact with me regarding scheduling. Once they arrived today to do the work they worked very efficiently, were very professional, and left no mess. There pricing is very fair and I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

The process was easy from quote to finish. Seth indicated the date and time he would stop by for the quote, when the trees would be removed and stumps ground…all happened on time in a very professional manner. The Technicians were very knowledgeable and responded quickly to any questions, cleaned up the area well. I was very very pleased with the service. I will definitely use them again.

Seth and his team of tree trimming removal experts were excellent! They made short work out of removing four trees on a city property lot. The space was tight (houses are close). Seth operated the crane to ensure no property damage. His staff were efficient, polite, and hard working. Seth responded to my questions promptly (even on the weekends) and made sure, as the property owners, we understood the trees on our property. 100% recommend. Nicely done, seth. My call was returned promptly. The team came out to give me aan estimate and were able to do thejob within days of the estimate. The team showed up prepared! They work in harmony, it was great! They also cleaned up which a gregreagregreat surprise for us. My neighbors came over right after they left to ask for their information to schedule. We've already recommended 2 families to them. We were totally satisfied!

Excellent! The team was professional and very careful to clean up all branches after. We have a challenging yard to maneuver into and they had to be a bit creative but managed to remove all of the old branches that seemed to be suspended in the tree canopy. Excellent service, very affordable and would hire again!

My neighbor hired this company to do the tree removal for their front yard. The workers came to my house to ask if they could use my driveway and promised to clean up after they left. The did an amazing job! I called the office to offer kudos. They were professional and efficient. I really appreciated that they got the job done and then cleaned up all of the debris. Not all contractors clean up after themselves, so this definitely caught my attention.

Excellent. This company does awesome work and we were beyond pleased with this service.

We've hired Nature's Beauty three times now. They took down a 70 foot pine tree that had split down the middle. They removed a 30 foot maple that was damaged in an ice storm. They removed two large dead branches from another tree and they returned a few days later to deliver a truck load of wood chips that we used for mulch. The crews have always been professional and courteous. We got quotes from several companies, and NB's prices are very reasonable. We will no doubt use them again in the future.

I lost a tree during the December 2020 storm, and tried for months to have it removed. I called several companies, and getting a timely response was like pulling teeth. I called Seth and his company blindly,, and could not be happier! He responded the same day, and the tree was removed that afternoon by his efficient crew!! I cannot recommend his company highly enough!!!

Nature's Beauty did a quick and efficient job removing a large tree from our front yard. Also did some good work trimming trees as well
