Seth stopped over within an hour of me calling for an estimate. He assessed the situation and asked a lot of good questions. Within 15 minutes I received a thorough estimate via email. Once I responded that I would like to move forward, the job was completed in less than 24 hours. Seth and his crew did a great job with the trees, as well as a nice job avoiding damage to the fence and yard. Professional from start to finish, I'll definitely be calling again.

We were leaving the city for a week but wanted the work to be completed as soon as possible. Based on earlier work by Nature's Beauty Tree Service, we were confident the work would be done right and we did not have to be concerned with damage to the house. Not one limb, branch or leaf was left on our grass. The service exceeded our expectations.

Seth was very accommodating and provided me with an estimate on how much the service would be that same day. He called to let me know when he was available to remove the tree, and left the area with no debris. Their prices were lower than the other estimates I received, and they were quick to schedule me.

They had lowest bid for the work. Work was done very carefully with great skill and precision. Had to lift large sections over wires and within 3 feet of a house. They worked well as a team and cleaned up well after completing the job. We highly recommend them.

On the initial encounter over the telephone, the owner, Seth, was courteous and helpful. When I asked if he would be onsite during the work, however, he became arrogant and rude. He said that he was too busy and that this was a small job. In subsequent phone conservations to actually schedule the work, he became hostile, insulting and condescending. The crew who actually came out were good.

Seth, the owner, is very hands-on and was present at the beginning and end of the job.
