Went reasonably well. Unfortunately the Contractor’ proposal omitted work I needed to have done and elected NOT to offer to complete the work at any additional cost.

I contacted Nature’s Beauty about a trimming back a mulberry tree growing next to my garage. I had used another company to trim this tree for years and every summer the branches nearly reached my roof. Nature’s Beauty suggested removing the tree instead of trimming it. And the price they quoted was less than I’d spent getting the branches trimmed back year after year. They showed up on a Saturday, which was earlier than I’d expected (that was a good thing - we didn’t have an exact date scheduled). Within 2 hours or so, the horrible tree was gone and you couldn’t even tell anyone had been there. Everything was cleaned up neatly and one of my neighbors even thanked me for removing that tree because the branches had reached their roof too. I’d highly recommend Nature’s Beauty - they were professional and did a great job for an excellent price.

The crew arrived and began to take down the 35 ft. tree right after a brief but heavy rainfall. They removed the limbs but left the trunk, stating that another truck would pick it up. Due to the holiday, it was removed two days later. The crew was efficient in cleaning the yard of sticks and wood chips. Considering that the ground was soft from the recent rainfall, very little damage was done to the lawn. Seth and his crew were very polite and professional.

Seth was very responsive in providing a fair quote on work I requested and thoughtfully suggested some additional trimming to help protect the house. His team worked fast and cleaned up the yard so it looked better than before they arrived. The tree trimming they suggested helped prevent gutter overflow and I wish I had done it much sooner! Best of all the yard looks much brighter and more open in the backyard and the view from the street looks unchanged. Would highly recommend.

Seth Harrison, the owner, is very responsive and professional. He seemed knowledgeable. He was respectful of oak wilt and insists on returning to trim oak trees and other appropriate trees in the fall/winter. His crew was pleasant and efficient. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. His price was quite reasonable and they were able to fit us in promptly. They will be doing our trees again in the future.

Seth and his company did great work. Their pricing was very competitive with the market, yet, he was easier to communicate with than other, larger companies for the same service. The work itself was above and beyond, really opening up a lot of space in our backyard and allowing more natural light to enter in. He even spoke briefly with our next door neighbor to involve that family in the process, since a few of our trees were near an electrical line and overlapping into that neighbor's property. Would gladly hire him again in an instant.

Seth responded in a timely manner when I had follow-up questions on the estimate. Estimate was finalized on a Tuesday and work was completed the next day. I appreciate the quick turnaround as I had a broken branch balancing against a tree that could have taken out my wi-fi and cable at any time. Backyard looks much better! Cost was in line with similar work that I've had done by another company.

Great crew, did a quick walk through with me when they arrived. Very fast and efficient crew. The clean up was great, each guy had something to do and were only at my house for a few hours. The equipment looked to be in great shape too, along with the trucks. Seth (owner) was responsive and I have recommended him to all friends and neighbors who have asked.

Owner was very nice and responsive. I was given a quote out of season (winter). But he honored the quote even though the work was performed months later. They did an excellent job. Their work was so good that my neighbors hired them to do work for them.

Incredibly thorough job. We had a large stump that we wanted removed for better landscaping. The crew obliterated the stump and also the nearby rootwork. Very thorough quality job.

Other companies I had contacted just wanted to come over, look at what I needed done and leave a quote in the mailbox. I appreciate a company that will come out and meet face to face like Nature's Beauty! They scheduled me right away, and upon acceptance of the quote they were there the next day. They did an excellent job and everything was cleaned up an hauled away when they were done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!

A huge limb fell onto the car in my neighbor's driveway on the 12th of June. I called Seth (nature's beauty) and they came out that day to remove the limb and also the tree the same day. I was impressed with how they took their time to bring the large oak down without just dropping the limbs as I've seen other companies do so not damage my yard. When I have the trees in my backyard taken out they'll be the first company I call.

After receiving recommendations from Angies List, I called a number of tree services including Natures Beauty. I ended up selecting this one. Mr. Harrison called back promptly and provided a date for the estimate. The estimate was made and a date subsequently set for the work to be done. Since I was going to be out of town for a few days, he agreed to do the work while I was away and not accept payment until I returned and was satisfied with the job done. This is an unusual quality in today's world. I returned home on 6/15/18 to find the yard looking 100 percent better. All brush, trees deadwood, etc had been removed the the property looked good. I can now walk in my yard and not be attacked by tree branches. Natures Beauty did an excellent job and is to be commended for the promptness to detail.
