Don and his team did a fantastic job rebuilding my deck. Originally was to only replace worn boards and railing. Replaced all the boards. They even built a dog gate! Excellent work.. Quickly completed in few days. They also replaced my gate on my fence. Very fair price . I will recommend to others. I will definitely request Don for other jobs.

Great customer service and extremely responsive. However, Home Advisor did not pair me with someone who could do the job described. I needed an electrician and Home Advisor did not send a licensed electrician. It was frustrating. I will never use Home Advisor again.

Hired this company for a fresh install of a dishwasher and a wiring and breaker panel upgrade. Thought they did a good job until a light and outlet was left without power that they did not want to fix because the owner questioned if it ever worked. That cost me 675 dollars from another company to fix. Now months later I try to turn on my AC that does not work. Service guy comes to see and 75 dollars later he can not fix it because it was not run correctly with power. NEVER HIRE THESE PEOPLE.

I used this company once before and called them back to help in deciding what size wall oven we could use in existing cabinetry. Mr. Baker came to help verify measurements. Once the oven was delivered, I contacted him to arrange an installation date and he confirmed for the next day. His techs had to modify the cabinet to fit the height of the new oven. They did an incredible installation and you would not know they modified the cabinet at all! This is one of the most professional and competent companies I have ever used!

I hired them to put in a water line. They had to redo the job 2 times and the line kept freezing. The general manager came and fixed it. It's fixed right this time but D&J wanted too charge me again. He didn't stand by his work. David was very good and I would use him again anytime. I'm glad he has his own business.

"Installed waterline for fridge but had to run in attic crawl space but line froze when temperatures dropped. I then paid a second contractor to go back and insulate line even more. This worked for a time but even this line froze. It is now the responsibility of new contractor to satisfy any concerns. The new contractor reran line in grout of floor and now customer is extremely happy but new contractor charged her and didn't stand behind what he did. I'm disappointed customer feels that I didn't stand behind my work. You decide."

The other company (Tobys only called me after I called them). D and J (Don) called me in a timely fashion. He charged a flat rate while Tobys charged a service fee + $$/hr. Don was extremely professional and polite - and showed up exactly on time as scheduled! UPDATE 07/08/2021: Don installed a microwave for me in 2017 and I called him again for another microwave install (appliances just dont last anymore!!). Don was out the next day to install a mic over my oven....arrived on time, the job took less than 1/2 hour, cleaned up, took the old mic out to my garage. EXCELLENT service! Don does many services in the home -- I will call him again for more projects. Great team of workers! Professional and friendly.
