Description of Work: They came for a furnace check. I had to pay extra for my filter replacement. A few days later, my thermostat was not working. They came out & replaced it. It was fairly expensive, but it has worked beautifully for more than 2 years.

Description of Work: I had them out for a furnace tune up and the furnace unexpectedly didn't work-we'd recently bought the house and had not yet had occasion to use it. The technician figured out what was wrong, ordered the part and returned very quickly (within a week) to repair and then tune up. He showed me how to use the whole system and was very knowledgable.

Description of Work: I have been using PK Wadsworth since 1995 when I purchased my house. This past autumn I had my boiler replaced.

Description of Work: After having extensive renovations to my house, I had PK Wadsworth clean out my ducts. They were so dirty you could hear the dirt coming out of them. The serviceman was knowledgable, polite, timely and cleaned up well afterward. However, I have used PK Wadsworth for over 20 years and have come to expect no less from them. I never hesitate to eave them alone in my house and I trust their judgement about the furnace , air conditioner, exhaust fan, etc. They have been a life saver on several occasions.

Description of Work: Workman came to fix radiator that was venting and hissing steam. He replaced vent head but radiator now no longer heats up very well. When he went to fix 2nd radiator on 2nd floor, water poured out all over my floor down into my kitchen on first floor thru my cabinets and soaked my kitchen stove below thru to basement. He was not prepared for the waterfall that came out of the radiator and I had to use my good towels to clean up the mess. I was not happy this happened. Water poured thru my light fixtures as well. The water was cleaned up and dried out but I have no idea what damage was done. I will not be using this company again.
