the process has gone very well so far, was initially quoted 18 months from beginning to end, it has been 18 months and Dr. Kess is saying probably 2 more months. He is a perfectionist when it comes to teeth, which for me is ok, I am ok with a longer process if it will produce great results. Dr. Kess, his assistants and the receptionist are VERY helpful and personable. The receptionist is always willing to explain billing and documentation information. the office is very clean and they are ALWAYS on time, i have never had to wait in the waiting room, they always bring me right back to a chair and start working. Dr. Kess always does all the major work and does the final check after the assistants put the wire and bands back into place. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kess!

I liked his upfront pricing, so I knew exactly what it was going to cost and it wouldn't surprise. I have two kids, and they are out of braces now. I would rate them highly.
