It is beyond me how this A**hat gets any business at all. For being a small business owner you would think he wouldn't be so rude to his clients. He replaced a belt for me at the end of last year and it broke right away at the beginning of this season. Spoke with him and he was a total jerk. Will never waste my money doing business with his rude a** again. Does shoty work and is rude.

Excellent. Snowblower runs great. Also provided handy tips to keep it running in winter and afterwards for maintenance. Also picked it up and delivered to my house.

Grade A? If Grade A stand for GRADE A A**HOLE. How Rick continues getting business with the attitude he gives his customers is BEYOND ME. I will NEVER return to this establishment. After calling to check on my items, he said he "has customers standing here and I can't expect him to go check on my items". So, we went in and became the customer standing there. SAME RESPONSE. His customer service is appalling. He acts as though his customers bother him.

I bought a new snowblower last winter but because I forgot to empty the tank, the old fuel gunked up the carburetor and prevented it from starting. I sent Rick a message on Angie's List and he replied within a couple of hours asking me to call him. When I called him he said he was in the area and could swing by and pickup the snowblower that day. He quoted me $50 for pickup/dropoff plus $110 for a new carburetor ($160 total). About 5 days later Rick called me back and said that he was able to clean out the carburetor instead of replacing it so the total cost was only $120. He then dropped the snowblower off the next day and it runs great now! Throughout the whole process Rick was very friendly and helpful. His price was much lower than if I had taken the snowblower to the manufacturer for repair and he was much quicker.

Excellent. I called him and explained I needed my snowblower fixed because it wasn't working.  This was when we had a huge snowstorm.  He said it would cost $30.00 to pick it up and return it plus the cost of the repairs.  I thought that was reasonable.  He picked it up that day -- the day of the snowstorm.  He fixed it and returned it the next day.  It works great!! The total cost was $105.00.  He also provided me with an explanation on how to ensure the fuel doesn't gunk it up again, etc.  I'm very pleased.  He was also very nice and professional.

he was very busy, like there were about 50 lawmowers ahead of mine. Once I told hom I needed the mower desparately he moved it ahead of about 10 other mowers and fixed it. It works vert well now.

His prices are better than going to Sears. He is pleasant. He does have a good amount of customers. I have been happy with his work and responsiveness. I have also purchased a snow blower from him as well.
