Description of Work: Productive Air Duct is a VERY professional operation. From the initial call, to scheduling and service they are first class all the way. The technician who handled out job was friendly and competent. Clearly this company does it right. No hidden charges and a great overall experience.

Description of Work: They arrived on time, spent 2.5 hours. I live in older home where some of the vents have been painted over multiple times and were understandably hard to remove, and had some issues removing and had to cut some. However, the residual mess left around the vents, furniymoved and not replaced and my basem ended up looking like a vacuum bag exploded. I was extremely upset. With that said, when I called, the owner was sympathetic and did refund some of the cost. While the team that did my home could have been more considerate with the mess they left, I feel with bringing it to their attention, it was a fixable mistake, and prompt customer service saw to that. I would use them again based on the response I received from the owner himself.

Description of Work: The company cleaned our air ducts. I feel that they did a good job and didn't leave a mess. Some may think that they are a little pricey but sometimes you get what you pay for.
