I have taken my vehicles to Joe and Ann Schulte since moving to Okeana 8 years ago. This latest service was to make sure that the van was ready to hit the road. Joe and Ann know me well enough now that they understand my desire for safety and reliability when I travel with my family. And, I trust their advice.
There are several cirteria on which I judge a service provider - knowledge and competence, reliability, and honesty. Schulte Garage is the best in all three categories.Knowledge and competence is the best...and if they can't fix it, they will candidly tell me and refer me to the best place to get a problem fixed. But the most important aspect of doing business with them is my complete confidence in their integrity and honesty. Joe is factual and practical. If he says it needs replaced - it does. If he says that it's not necessary - it's not. He is frugal and does not waste the customers' money and does not do work that is not required. Their business is built on developing long-term relationships, not fleecing people. Joe has been such a great help in making decisions about repairs and keeping my vehicles safe and reliable.
