.Provider found the problem on a previous visit, gave me an estimate for repairs, and set up a tentative appointment. Repairs were done on schedule, correctly, and exactly as estimated - all in a friendly, family-like atmosphere. I was kept informed and consulted throughout the repairs. These folks even bought my lunch on a previous visit last spring!!
