+ -1 moreHe responded promptly. He was very fastidious. He listened carefully, performed the work excellently, and followed-up. He took care of new problems as they arose and the thing that made it so impressive was we had other people look at the file at the end and they said that this guy is a very good problem solver. Mary Knarr is good.
