We needed our lawn reseeded after a septic installation. Since the ground was very soft when the new septic was put in, the yard was in tough shape. The crew from Rossi Landscaping did a terrific job. They worked all day and treated my yard as if it was their own. They were professional and thorough. They even went above and beyond by weed whacking my patio! There was a torrential storm 2 days after seeding and a portion was washed away. Brian Rossi sent 2 men back out to reseed the affected area at no extra charge! I can’t say enough good things about the job or how I was treated at Rossi Landscaping! Thanks! Marian Sullivan

Finally found a landscaper I can trust. My yard was out of control and I need the help to get it back into shape. Full 3 days worth of work for about a crew of 4. The crew did not cut any corners. Everything they said they would do they did. What I would like to point out is how the crew paid attention to details. When removing topsoil and mulch from the trucks, they put down tarps on the driveway to keep it clean and prevent staining. Since I had lots of stone brought it, they had to bring trucks into the backyard. After the trucks where gone, they came back thru the yard with rakes and blowers to lift the grass back up. My entire yard looks like a photo out of a magazine. Looking forward to the next set of projects with them.

Rossi was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. Mike and his guys were incredibly professional, the plants and trees are high quality, and the end product is beautiful. He was responsive and followed through on what was promised. We’ve worked with a few different landscapers and their prices have been the most reasonable and the quality has been the best. We will definitely use Rossi again for the next phase of our landscaping!

As the executor of an estate, I kept Rossi on since the decedent had already had a contract with them. They did good work all season and were willing to work through some issues with timely payment due to estate issues. The problems came when the new season was to begin the following year. I only needed them to do some basic maintenance for the beginning of the season, as the house was on the market. Repeated calls to Mike Rossi went unanswered. He absolutely NEVER returned a call. I had to call constantly. The grass continued to grow as I heard from no one, despite multiple attempts to reach them. Once I did finally get Rossi on the phone (I happened to call late when he answered the phone), he handed me a litany of excuses and promised to go to the site and give me a call back. He never did. I called back two more times to no avail. My last call was to tell the poor staff person on the phone that Mike shouldn't even bother to call me back, as if he were planning to anyway. In the face of angry neighbors, I was forced to call on other services - which at that late point in the season was very difficult. I wouldn't recommend Rossi Landscaping mainly due to their poor follow through and poor customer service. They caused a problematic situation for me unnecessarily.

They came out and installed 5 tons in about 2 1/2 hours with three men. Job was beautiful and cleanup was great. I've used them for over 30 years and have always been pleased with their work.

They did a great job. Very responsive, showed up when they said they would. Brian was very knowledgeable on the different plants to use when designing beds in mostly shady area. They cleaned everything up and watered all the new plants when they were done. Would definitely recommend them.

VERY DISORGANIZED & seemed overwhelmed. We called & they called back & said they'd provide an estimate for services but did not set a date. We never received the estimate so we called again. Company said they put an estimate in our mailbox. My husband explained that we have a community mailbox so there is noway an estimate could have been placed there. Landscaper said he'd come by and drop it off again but never did. Landscaper asked my husband for our address twice & said he 'had a good memory' so he didn't need to write it down. The company just seemed very unorganized. The fact it was difficult to get an initial estimate was a bad sign. We contacted another landscaper that came right out and went over estimate with us.

Finished our landscape job in 2 days. Looked great. They had to add more topsoil than estimated, but didn't charge us for the difference.

It worked out really well. He did a couple of things and it was separate cost. He put a patio in for me and then he did like some mulching and landscaping. So he has done a couple of things for us. He does a good job. It's usually around $500 or $600 for the landscaping and mulching. I got it quoted by a couple of other places locally and he was the best price.

All went very well with Brian Rossi and his team. We had recently moved into our new home and Brian reorganized our landscaping, moving some things to other places, and planting some new items. He listened to my requests, especially in regards to my favorite colors for the beds. Brian also installed accent lighting to the front of our house and it looks great.

After reviewing several proposals we hired Rossi Landscaping to plant our new lawn and beds for our new home. Mike provided us with a detailed set of plans with everything we would be getting. He kept us informed throughout the whole planting and coordinated the installation of our sprinkler system with another contractor. The crew was polite and courteous and everything went as planned. We have been using them for three years. They take care of our lawn. They do landscaping, weed the lawn, cut the lawn and so forth. They had done a very nice job last time by changing the look of the lawn. We use them weekly to have our grass cut, and they do a good job at that.

WOW! A LANDSCAPER THAT ACTUALLY SHOWED UP FOR AN ESTIMATE FOR THIS JOB! BRIAN WAS PUNCTUAL FOR THE ESTIMATE & THE ACTUAL WORK. HAD GREAT IDEAS SINCE A LOT OF DEER FIND THEIR WAY TO THE BACKYARD. EVERYTHING THAT WAS PART OF THE QUOTE WAS DONE. IT LOOKS SO NATURAL & BEAUTIFUL.
