Maynes roofing was the (sub) installer for our flat roof and gutters on a new home build 3.5 years ago contracted with Blossom homes (recently closed for bankruptcy). Afterwards, during moderate to heavy rains it was evident that the pitch of the gutters was incorrect, and the size of the catch for the downspout was too small for the volume coming off the entire flat roof. This results in a cascading waterfall of rainwater ( see pics)off the corner of the house . Lately, This was ruining some new landscaping just put in a few weeks ago and I reached to Doug to come help out with a solution. Admitting there were some issues to address, he offered to come by in a couple days on a Sat am . I also forwarded him a couple pics. I also discussed that I know that the builder was not going to take care of any responsibility. and that any fix was "on me". He was a NO SHOW, and has not responded to numerous calls and texts asking , very kindly, if he would get in touch with me. I suppose customer service is not first and foremost in his business plan. I called Absolute Roofing , they responded within minutes and are scheduled to repair.

Doug ( the owner ) put me on the schedule that fit MINE. Started promptly on the agreed date and finished a day later. Cleanup was great. Any minor issues with the tear off were addressed immediately. The owner worked right along side the crew and supervised everything.

That is not the first time I use Mayne's Roofing. It went smoothly

Doug and his team came out and finished promptly in one day under very harsh (cold) working conditions. My mother was heavily impressed with the quality and professionalism. She will be hiring them to do some gutter work on the house next.

The work was excellent and the cost was very reasonable. It took 3 days and the debris was cleaned up each day. Everyone was polite and helpful. I was working for the majority of time they were here. My neighbor is very knowledgeable and was watching. He was very impressed with their work. He will hire them for his roof replacement next year.

Doug showed up as promised on time. He fixed the leak and inspected our roof. We are quite happy with his promptness and knowledge and that the leak has been fixed!

Not only did Doug actually answer my call himself, he came out that afternoon, right on time, for the estimate. Since we needed the work done to comply with home inspection / house sale timelines - Doug and his crew came out shortly after that and did the work over the weekend to squeeze the job in.. And - since his time and materials came up a bit less - he reduced his final cost. Timely, professional, honest, and solid work -- exactly what you want. Big thanks to Doug for getting this project done so quick!

What a wonderful job Maynes Roofing did on our house! Came out right away and gave me a quote when contacted, and completed the new roof in 2 days. Cleaned up everything each day hauling trash away so nothing sat in our driveway. I especially liked how everything was explained to us clearly- what they suggest we do and how the roof would look when it was done. Very professional, took their time with us. The cost was lower than 2 other quotes we received. I really would recommend this roofing company!

It's obvious to me that Doug takes great pride in his company.
Doug is polite and friendly, his response time is excellent, pricing seemed reasonable, and the quality of his team's work is A-1.
He will also get on the roof and work with his team, which i think is uncommon these days.
My old garage roof was pretty sad- needed new sheathing and shingles. Horizontal rafters and shaky old sheathing boards made it a more challenging job, yet his team had no problems handling it.
I can recommend Mayne's Roofing with confidence!

I wanted a GAF quality roof. Doug gave me an estimate the next day at 900 am and was on time. he explained exactly what what was going on the roof. we made contract and waited on the weather. Doug and his crew installed a quality roof. they also did the roofs on my shed,wood shed and awnings free of charge.I would recommend them to do your roof

Nothing bad to say; The old roof was a disaster from a crooked company, which kinda gives me trust issues. Mayne's came in and uncovered it. Found a lot of problems (venting, no paper, etc....) most of the wood was wet & crumbling. My wife was home, they came & got her at everything they found. Even with that, they still held to the schedule that they told me. (I didn't expect it) When they left (besides the new roof) you couldn't tell that any construction had happened. I gave pricing as excellent... It was fair, without trying to underbid, then cut corners. The guys were good, did there work, pleasant and knowledgeable when we talked.

We had a very positive experience. We liked working with the owner directly--he is present at the job site during the duration of the project. The owner and his crew were very responsive to our needs as the project progressed. Kept us updated on pacing of the project and did quality work. They also cleaned up very well at the end of each day. This business is honest and straightforward without high-pressure sales tactics. A very positive experience.

Work was done very professionally, Tore the old roof off and did a great job of clean up, didn't leave anything behind. Installed new roof and all new flashings, and ridge cap with lower vents. Roof looks great. Started by 9:00 and were gone by 4:00. Not one nail left behind!

I was in the process of remodeling my storefront when I noticed some damps spots in the ceiling of my commercial building. I called Doug of Maynes Roofing to get his professional opinion. I have used Maynes Roofing to install at least three roofs on residential properties, in the past, and he did an outstanding job. He said he was qualified to install commercial roofs, as well as, residential. After his inspection he said "he would recommend a complete tear-off of the old roof, remove any bad decking/plywood and install a new rubber roof".  The roof had several soft spots. He was absolutely right. At least half of the wood was completely rotted and needed replaced. He schedule the job, then started and completed the project in a timely manner. This was important as I needed to complete the remodel and the roof had to be repaired/replaced before I could proceed with the inside. The roof looks perfect. I couldn't be happier with the job he and his men did. Again I have used Maynes Roofing in the past and will definitely use them in the future. I have recommended Maynes Roofing  a few times to my friends and they were very satisfied with the job he did.  He is going to install a roof for my daughter later this summer. I would not hesitate to call Doug for any of your roofing needs.

I've used Mayne roofing for several different jobs on different properties.  He gives clients good recommendations (always doing his best to meet the price even when unknown problems arise), his prices are very fair and competitive and the workmanship is always top quality.  His crew are very knowledgeable, hard working and very polite. As a matter of fact, my tenant who is expecting a child in July came home from the grocery store and they helped her carry her bags into the house.

Even though weather conditions impact his schedule, Douglas does his best to get the job done when within a few days of the original scheduled date.  The best part is that they truly do a great job on their workmanship, deliver an excellent finished product and do a great job cleaning up after they're done.
