"We are saddened by Mr. [Member Name Removed] anger. Our company fought for him to get his claim approved. He originally was out of claim period coverage and was only approved to receive one side of siding on his home to be repaired. After working with his carrier, we were able to have his entire home repaired at no cost to him other than his deductible. There were also items that were not covered that we took care of such as rewrapping windows, doors and repairing fascia. Unfortunately, after completing he was still unsatisfied. Instead of arguing with Mr. [Member Name Removed], we fired our crew, sent a new crew, tore off everything, and did it all over again at no cost to Mr. [Member Name Removed]. Mr. [Member Name Removed] was then satisfied and paid our company using the insurance funds given to him. Ironically, soon after completion, another catastrophic storm hit the Cincinnati area causing new damage to Mr. [Member Name Removed] home. We spoke with him and advised him to contact his insurance carrier to file another claim. His damage was due to weather and not from warranty nor workmanship related issues by our company."
6 Nails replaced most of the roofs in my neighborhood after a hail storm in August 2015.
I was skeptical when they came to my door, as they were not the first roofers to come to my door; but Paul really knows what he is doing. He said he could get my roof replaced, and he did, even though it had been seven months since the storm.
Paul, the owner, was always very helpful and willing to listen to me whenever I had a question.
The workers showed up on the day they said they would (at 6:30AM) and didn't leave till all the work was done and all of the mess was cleaned up (9:30PM).
I have dealt with other roofers in the past and they always leave roofing nails all over the yard and in the driveway; but not these guys. Everything was cleaned up, even all the nails from the old roof were removed from my yard and driveway with a magnetic roller.
I couldn't be happier with the service they provided.
