Horrible customer service! I first called the Solon location about a leg press. The girl on the phone said Rocky River location had two brands. I was mostly interested in the used model due to price. The girl on the phone told me the price she believed was $595.00 . I called the Rocky River store to confirm they had the used one. I told them I would be there in 30 minutes. I unloaded my tools out of the truck expecting to bring it home if my wife liked it. We get there, the leg press isn’t fully assembled. Very dirty and jammed in with other machines to where we could barely get to it and try it. We looked at a new one, different brand and decided to purchase the used one. I asked to confirm the price and they told me 695.00. The guy whomI assume was the owner was rude, arrogant and would honor the $595.00 price. I even helped the other employee help assemble it. The owner made a couple smart comments to me that wasn’t professional. He lost a customer for life! Do yourself a favor and go to Health and fitness. Prices are better. More professional and actually clean used products before a customer comes out.

I contacted Fitness Serve for info regarding price for service calls, etc. and described the problem. Was told I would be contacted soon to let me know if service could be performed on my treadmill and to schedule a service call if so. Never heard anything for nearly two weeks, then received a voicemail stating the technician would arrive the next day at 3 (I had spoken to no one at this point to schedule service). I had, in the meantime, worked with a different company that did actually plan appropriately. Technician (John) from Fitness Serve then called me at the time the company had scheduled service (NOT at my request mind you). I told him I had not requested service because I had never heard back from the company, and that I had gone with a different company instead. He asked me what they had found (why exactly is this his business at this point?), and I said, "I don't think that is any longer relevant," after which he abruptly hung up on me without another word. Absolutely rude and unprofessional experience from start to finish.

I purchased several heavy duty pieces of exercise equipment that would have been too heavy and complex for one person to transport and setup. Fitness Serve delivered and professionally set up the new equipment. The set up team of three men were great. They took their time to set up the equipment correctly and removed all the packaging. The equipment needed some minor adjustment and Joe, the owner, came out to my home and made the adjustment. I could not be happier with my purchase and the attention I received from everyone at Fitness Serve.

The machines were taken to the shop, parts ordered from Germany and equipment returned following completion of repairs. Unfortunately, after a week of use both exercise machines again broke. Current status is that both equipment were picked up and taken to the shop a few days ago. We are waiting for repair status. Fitness Serve did state that if the most recent problems were due to the same problem, then repairs would be a warranty issue.

The team of three guys came on time and did exactly what they said they would do. Before they left, they had me go over the work and make sure I was satisfied. I was very happy with their services and would use them again.

A technician was dispatched the next day and the problem was addressed. I was so impressed by the professionalism of the company that I subsequently purchased a new treadmill from them. Good people; good products; good service.

I originally gave them a "D" because of the communication issues. However, in the end they delivered and installed the unit. It's been working great. Joe, the owner, took great care during the installation. I would say that they are worth using but understand that they are not the best at communicating and sometimes come across as unorganized. However, they do end up finishing the job and I was pleased with the results.

While my calls were answered, my request for service was never fulfilled. I was told that the tech had called me back to get more info and set up an appointment when in fact he had not. An appointment was made for April 5th, but the tech didn't call to cancel/reschedule nor did he show up. On a related note, we experienced a slow response to our service request in January, but the tech ultimately came out and provided service. However, I have doubts that the servicing he did fixed the issue as it started making the same noise within 1.5 months. We have been slowly building our home gym with purchases from Fitness Serve, but the lack of response and customer service will result in us making future purchases elsewhere.

They gave me pricing on the tredmill pad. They followed up our phone call with several others. They asked alot of great questions and were very professional and courteous. I opted not to have it repaired but I had a great interaction with the company none the less.

Eric was professional, customer-oriented, and patient as it took several attempts to identify the source of the issues and resolve them.

The attempted repair of my old treadmill took quite a long time, but I appreciated the try. I bought the new treadmill from them and am very happy with it.
