I made an appointment for 10:30 am. I called back at 11:45 and it still had not been started. Other than the delay service was good.

Install was quick, service was courteous and professional. Pricing was fair in comparison to other local tire retailers.

The sales person was professional . I appreciated that he did not try to sell me more than I wanted. I once had the experience of a tire store refusing to sell me one tire, saying that I would have to get a matched pair. Also, I considered the price to be a good value. The installation of the tires was done quickly. The sales rep explained why the new tires should be placed on the rear, even though my car has front wheel drive.

The first was to rehang a muffler that had let go and started dragging on the road. I held it up with a wire and brought it to TD to hang it properly. I had to bring it back two more times before it was what I would call "barely acceptable". The first time it rattled against the spare tire well. The second time in, it still rattled at low idle speeds such as those at a stop light. The third time in they finally to it to stop rattling but it was still hung improperly, low and to the left of where it should have been. The second time I brought my car in to get a set of tires rotated. They found a leak in a tire and needed to replace it. I had lifetime road hazard protection. Well their "lifetime road hazard" is only for 12,000 miles, after that they prorate you based on the mileage beyond 12,000. So my covered tire still cost me $58.00, not what I was expecting. Once complete, I get on the freeway and the car is pulling to the right severely. Looking at the dates on the tires I found that TD put the brand new tire on the front with another tire that has 22,000 miles tread wear. The larger tire on the left side spins faster pulling the left of the car faster pulling it too the right. Disgusted, I decided to just put the tire on the back myself since it is a simple process to remove two tires and swap their positions, I could do it in ten minutes and be done instead of driving all the way back to TD, waiting another hour to have them fit me in and then driving home. I proceeded to start loosening the front tire lugs and found that two of them were cross threaded by the wonderful employees at TD. Now I could not get the lugs off, or tighten them back up to take the car back to them without breaking the lug studs off. I had no choice, I had to finish the job myself, I snapped the studs, had to pull off the brake assembly, remove the old studs and replace two of them at my own expense. After an hour and a half of work and trips to the local auto parts store, I had two new studs in the front left hub and the new tire on the back where it belongs. A quick test drive had the car driving straight as an arrow again. I called the place when they opened the following business day (monday) promptly at 8am and was told there was no manager in the store to talk to me about being compensated for their negligence, but they would have one call me as soon as one gets in. I got off work before they closed on Tuesday and called again wondering why no one called me, they apologized and said their manager was in a meeting but he would call me when he gets out. Guess what, no call again. Finally I get a number of a manger and he picked up. I asked simply to be reimbursed for How long it would take THEM to replace two lug studs on my model and year car, as well as for the parts (a total of $52.50). He then said that they do not just pay people for their time, he said I should have called them, I said you were closed and I needed the car to get to work first thing Monday morning. He offered equivelant price in oil changes. I told him that was unacceptable because I would never let their shop touch my car again for fear of it falling apart, they would probably leave the drain plug out or forget to put the oil filter in and my engine would seize. We argued a bit more and he said he would call me when he found something he could offer me. It is now a week later, I have not received a call. I have also since had my muffler replaced elsewhere and it was hung properly. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.
