Provider barely cleaned gutters and gave an estimate of replacing outside drains without inspecting to see if clogged

Did a great job. Did not try to upset me anything. Gave a recommendation for some gutter repair. Nice guy, great work.

I noticed the small leak when snow started melting back in March. Decided I needed to have to checked out before winter. I called Superior Home Improvement because of all the positive reviews on Angie's List. I was not disappointed. Mark knew the problem based on my description over the phone. He came out and verified what needed to be done and fixed it in less than an hour. He is a very knowledgeable and friendly guy. I would definitely use again!

The representative came when scheduled and completed the assessment of the roof.

Mark was friendly, kind, honest, upfront, helped with ridiculous snags with the insurance company, was patient when the second payment was delayed, made helpful suggestions about the best types of materials to use without trying to make an extra buck. Overall Mark Jordan and his company, Superior Home Improvement, couldn't have been better in any way. We would always go back to Mark for future issues not only with our roof, but with other home improvement projects as well. Loved every interaction with this company and it's owner.

Mark arrived 15 minutes early which is a great thing with me. Very polite, professional and courteous. I also explained that after heavy rains there was water dripping in my basement. After his inspection he explained that a very worn boot appeared to be the culprit. As luck would have it he had one in his truck. He secured all raised nails and caulked over them and had the boot installed in 15 min. Very efficient . I would definitely recommend Superior Home Improvement. They will be the first company I call should i have any issues around my house. Thank You so much.

Mark Jordan was really friendly and knowledgeable about roofs and siding. He came out and explained some things to me and was very professional. I definitely will use him again in the future!

Mark was very easy to talk with. He displayed a bright personality with professionalism in relation to provider/customer interaction. He took the time without hurrying to explain the general condition of the roof and the adverse conditions resulting from missing flashing and clogged eves. I was impressed with the fact that he took pictures before and after his work to show to me. I could see what he had done without having to get up on the roof myself. The additional work beyond the original "package" was as follows: + Installed a new boot over the bathroom vent pipe to replace the old weather-cracked boot + Installed new flashing along the roof slant of the upper story below the chimney + Cleaned the gutters removing sludge along with obstructions to the waters flow Mark promised to provide estimates regarding additional repairs and roof replacement. He said he would send to me the pictures he took. I am confident he will follow through.

My house looks amazing, and he also repaired a few small things I had that needed to be fixed at no charge. He was just wonderful! I'd definitely recommend him to anyone else.

very good experience with Superior Roofing, good communication, performed work as quoted in a timely manner. There were rain delays, but I was kept apprised immediately of new schedule for work. They always called me, Some work was needed outside of quote and Superior responded in a very fair way and was most helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them and use this company and personnel again.

From start to finish this was one of the best large home improvment projects in our 25 years with this home. Owner Mark Jordan covered every possible base during the process and is energetic and enthusiastiic. He remains engaged throughout the process and deals with any issues very effectively. Very professional, he is either genuine in his interest in his work and his customers, or he is someone I would not wish to play poker with. At the time of contract Mark estimated 4 days to complete everything. Superior Home Services finished in two days. Mark sent 2 full crews the first day and they all worked hard - and well. With much of the house complete, one crew was able to finish the second day. They took care of everything that came up, and communicated little details that some previous contractors have not done as well. An example; a light bulb broke removing a fixture, letting us know alerted us to replace the bulb instead if leaving it to us to discover at an less convenient time. Clean up was first rate, we have not noticed a single stray nail.

Our house was built in 1958 and still had the original wood siding. Superior first applied a foam insulator to the original siding to make it flat and then installed the new siding. At first I was a little concerned that putting the new siding on top of the old would stand out, but you can't tell the difference. We also have the benefit of an extra layer of insulation. The quality of the materials is excellent and our home now looks fresh and modern. We have received many compliments. The crew was very hardworking and able to finish the job in just two days and cleaned up before they left. I didn't find a single nail anywhere. We also had Superior replace an 10' x 5' overhang that was sagging. I had contacted two other contractors who wanted to tear the entire roof off and rebuild it from scratch, which would have been very costly. Superior first examined the inside to find the problem and then was able to give us a more cost friendly solution, which didn't involve a rebuild. Being a small business owner myself, I am very pleased with Mark's timely response to phone calls and emails as well as his profesionalism. We did not feel pressured nor did he force upgrades, as was the case with some other contractors that we talked to.

Our project was not a big project by any means, but we sustained some wind damage to our 14 year old siding. One of the problems with siding damage is the tough decisions about patch repair, matching, working with insurance and getting the repair to "fit in" well so your house looks perfect when completed. I was very pleased with Mark Jordan and Superior Home Improvement. They offered three good options, a good, better, best. They brought by a sample to try and started the finished the project within 48 hours. Our house is back to normal, minimal disruption and all is good. During the estimate, they also noticed another small broken piece and reminded me that code changes permit my claim to include some updates to sheathing. In the end, I'm all "good" at a fair price; what more can you ask? Greg

The knowledge and skills that Superior Home provided to get this BIG job done were extremely beneficial. Mark often went above and beyond in making sure the job was done RIGHT. His knowledge of the situation, what needed to be done and how to get it done proved to be invaluable for the work that was done on our home. We will have him do any other work we need relating to siding, roofing and gutters. He was knowledgeable and helpful at EVERY point of contact during this project.

I called Superior to get a estimate on replacing my garage roof. I have leaks in the rear of the garage, so I called 2 other company's for estimates, my friends always say call 3, so I called Superior. Mark came out, did the estimate and called me with the price. He told me my garage roof was is OK shape and all I needed was to have the drain repaired for a fraction of the cost of the other roofers estimates, I could not believe his honesty, you just don't find that today, or should I say I haven't found company's to be that honest in today's world. Needless to say Mark and Superior have a customer for life, and I have started and will continue to tell all my friends and anyone else I speak to about Superior Home Improvement.

Decided to go with a different company due to it being cheaper

I have purchased about 10 big deals over the last couple years and this is my best experience. The price was very competitive and quality of workmanship was first rate. Mark and Superior even did some extras at no charge. Customer Service was first rate. I highly recommend this company.

After rain and snow, started getting leak around skylight and near gutter. Mark was very prompt in calling and scheduling the job. He is very professional and knowledgeable about anything and everything outside your house. He completed the tasks. Great communications. We talked about the issues going on with my roof. He explained, lack of roof pitch to allow rain, and melted snow to go away from the skylight. He made some great recommendations on what needs to happen next. I'm thankful to know that I do not need a new roof. I will definitely use him in the future. I highly recommend the company!!

After looking on Angies List for someone to fix the leak in my roof, I selected Superior Home Improvement. I called the office the next business day because the leak started late in the night during a heavy rain storm. The next morning I talked with Mark and he agreed to come out and check the roof, but after waiting for an hour past the assigned appointment time, I called him. He apologized for missing the appointment, but sent a crew out right away to check the roof. The four men crew arrived within an hour and replaced the rotted boot and inspected my roof overall. While the lead man was looking at the roof and the other men were doing the repair, the lead man informed Mark (via cell phone) my roof still had a few years of life to it andI did not need to be replaced. Good news for me. As the men were leaving, Mark called to tell me of the roof status ? which was good news. The next morning, with better light, I took a look at the boot repair and noticed that one corner of the boot was a bit raised. I took a picture of the boot corner (from the ground) and emailed the image to Mark to voice my concern about the roof possibly leaking again. After Mark had seen the image he went out to check the raised boot issue and fixed it so there would not be any water/leaking issues. I was at work when he fixed the boot, so it was a pleasant surprise to come home to a fixed boot. Also, Mark did email me to let me know the boot had been fixed. Since he had fixed the boot, I have not any leaking roof from that area. It was a pleasure to work with Superior Home Improvement and if I should need any further roofing work, they would be my first call. Although I'm hoping my roof stays in good condition for another ten years.

They did a fantastic job. We had a lot of rain but they kept me updated on whether or not they would be able to come out. They were very proactive at scheduling times.
