I first used their services after seeing there advertisement in the mail. He was able to complete the job in just a couple of days. He even cleaned the vacuum before I picked it up and it looked just like new. I was so happy with the work they did on the first one, that I took another one to them as well. Both of the vacuums work like new! He did a really good job at a pretty reasonable price. Both people who I dealt with were very nice to work with and are really pleasant people.

I took my sister's Hoover in because the switch wasn't working. They replaced it, cleaned all the pet hair out of the machine, replaced an air filter that was missing, replaced the self-propelled belt, and generally cleaned everything up for $45. In one DAY! I had also dropped off my Hoover FloorMate floor scrubber because it wasn't working properly. They called to say the repairs for my machine were major and would be close to $100. They would be happy to fix it, but said I might want to consider a rebuilt unit from their showroom, which was a newer model than mine anyway. The owner gave me a very good price on the rebuilt model, which I used for the first time yesterday and can't BELIEVE the difference! My old one must have been failing for such a long time that I didn't even notice. A+

The technician was able to determine what needed to be done right in the store! He also gave me the estimate which was spot on. he vacuum cleaner was ready when they said it would be.

Let me just say that I HOPE my vacuums break just so I can take them there. A few years ago my Hoover carpet cleaning machine stopped working properly (probably because I put Oxyclean in the solution tank!) and I took it in to Reynoldsburg Vacuum. I don't use it all that much so didn't care about response time, but they called within a couple days saying it was DONE! They cleaned out the entire system (including stuck on pet hair) and the machine worked like new ... for hardly any money. Fast forward to this episode when I took the Hoover Floormate in because the solution feed button did nothing and it had leaked for some years. In less than a week they called to say it was done, and they had cleaned out the whole machine, including the inevitable pet hair again, for $8.50. Pleasant place, nice people, and they have some excellent prices on refurbished vacuums as well in the store.

When I took our vacuum cleaner in I expected an estimate so high that we would be buying a new one. Our dog goes nuts every time we vacuum and at over 100 pounds she has really battered that machine. The vacuum itself is probably fifteen years old, it is a Hoover Windtunnel and has been a GREAT machine. Over the years the self propel feature had slowly gotten worse and worse to the point where it was not working anymore; I was having to use a great deal of muscle to vacuum. At the point of taking it in the vacuum was only moving forward, it was dragging backward. It was really just in poor shape top to bottom. Lucky for me there was an excellent used transmission and new brushes were put on, a new knob (my dog had knocked the old one off), and the vacuum tuned up. Total price, which matched the estimate, was only fifty-eight dollars which I thought excellent considering the price of a new machine and knowing the shape my vacuum was in when I took it in. I have had the vacuum home now for a month and it has been working, just like I was told, like a NEW machine. It is like magic, I actually don't mind vacuuming anymore and I had despised vacuuming now for many years as the vacuum slowly declined. It runs so smooth and picks up so much better. I am over-the-top pleased with the work done on my vacuum, one of my best repair experiences ever.

When something went wrong, I took my vacuum in and they replaced a broken belt free of charge. They explained everything about the vacuum. The price was reasonable.
