FROM WHAT I CAN TELL, BUTCH (OWNER) KEEPS ALL OF THE PRICING IN HIS HEAD AND QUOTES ALL OF THE JOBS TO HIS EMPLOYEE TO TELL THE CUSTOMER. NOTHING IS IN WRITING UNTIL THE EQUIPMENT IS DELIVERED. HE ADDS THE DELIVERY CHARGE AT THAT TIME, EVEN IF YOU ARE VERBALLY TOLD THERE IS NO DELIVERY CHARGE FROM HIS EMPLOYEE. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE CONTRACT IN YOUR HAND PRIOR TO DELIVERY OR THE EQUIPMENT WILL SHOW UP WITH A HIGHER RATE. THEN YOU HAVE TO DECIDE AT THAT TIME IF YOU WANT TO RESCHEDULE OR TAKE IT AT THE HIGHER PRICE. THE EQUIPMENT WAS NICE. BUTCH WAS NICE UNTIL I COMPLAINED, THEN HE WENT BALLISTIC.
