They fixed the issue right while I was standing there in line. They got me in and out in just a couple of minutes! The reset my iPad and there was no charge. I go to them for all my tech needs. I really like this location. I drive out of my way to them even though there is closer Geek Squad.

I paid for and arranged for delivery. I also paid for a vent for the dryer among other things. When they delivered the dryer it had several scratches on it that I didn't notice until they left. They were unable to hook up the vent that I purchased, because they didn't know how. They ended up using the old vent. I called Frank, the manager, to tell him about the vent and the scratches. He told me that he could only give me my money back, and that he couldn't replace what I bought. They have a delivery service that act as sub-contractors. They have been terrible. Today will be the third time that they have missed their appointment. We are still waiting for the delivery people to pick up the scratched dyer. Their way of doing business is not the way that I would do business.

It has been in the shop for repairs seven out of the first twelve months. They could never answer questions of where it was or when I was going to get it back. Generally if they say they will call me back, they never call me back. It's been an intolerable nightmare for us and we no longer do business with them because of it.

They man that installed the radio was very nice and accommodating. I believe his name was Craig. He was comfortable and reassuring. I really seem quite pleased. He programmed it for me and told me if I need anything to come by and he'll help me anytime.

OUR GATEWAY LAPTOP THAT WE PURCHASED FROM BEST BUY WAS NOT HOLDING A CHARGE AND WE WERE UNABLE TO OPERATE IT WITH THE POWER CORD. WE TOOK IT TO BEST BUY AND ASKED THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO EVALUATE THE PROBLEM. THEY CHECKED THE POWER CORD AND LAPTOP ON THE SPOT AND TOOK ABOUT FIFTEEN MINUTES TO TRY DIFFERENT POSSIBILITIES. AFTER THOROUGHLY CHECKING ALL THE OPTIONS THEY NOTICED THAT THE POWER CORD HAD A FEW TINY PUNCTURES INDICATING THAT PIXIE, OUR CAT, HAD ALSO BEEN ENJOYING OUR LAPTOP. WE SHEEPISHLY PURCHASED A NEW POWER CORD ($107) AND LEARNED THE HARD WAY TO ENCASE POWER CORDS IN A PROTECTIVE COVER OR SPRAY THEM WITH APPLE BITTERS FOR THEIR (AND HER) PROTECTION. THE TECHNICIAN AT BEST BUY WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND WE'RE PLEASED THAT WE DIDN'T NEED TO LEAVE OUR COMPUTER FOR THEM TO EVALUATE LATER.
