Building It Better LLC

I hired Building It Better to build out my restaurant. We are very pleased with their workmanship and professionalism. I give them 7 Stars for a job well done. They finished in the time frame quoted, took pride in their work, and went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied.

The quality of work was the best. Every mess that was made was cleaned up. They finished in one day which was pretty spectacular. My house is only 1,700 sf but is also a ranch some coverage. I could not have been more pleased with the finished product. What was lacking was communication. It was fantastic during the sales portion. After that it was lacking. i. e., I had to initiate calls regarding when they would be here for work; I was scheduled for a day and had not heard from them the day before so I I called and was told they weren't going to make it ;then scheduled on a Saturday and they showed up on Friday as I was walking out did to work. However, again having said all of this, their work was efficient and above par.

Found a lot of nails in yard as well as other construction debris. On at least two days the roofers were not available to work.they were pleasant and tried to keep me informed of staffing issues but it was quite nerve wracking for us .

A sales rep came through the neighborhood and asked if they could climb up on our roof to see if we had storm damage. Much to our surprise we did. They contacted our insurance. They gave us the estimate and we set up a date for the new roof. The team arrived early in the morning. Moved our patio furniture and flowers out of the way from the work area. Got to work. They worked hard and efficiently. Everything was done by and cleaned up by 4:30. We would do business again with this company. They were very good at staying in contact with us.

I was approached by this company regarding a free roof inspection. Considering I never had a professional inspect after last summer's huge wind/hail storm, I thought I should take them up on the offer. 20 minutes later, I'm told not only do I have damage, but the very storm I was thinking of, was the likely cause and my homeowner's insurance would almost certainly cover it. In disbelief, I allowed the process to start by reporting the damage to the company which provides my homeowner's insurance and the rest is history. New siding and new roof!
Joey Rovito is the owner and will be your main contact for the entire construction process. This man obsesses over every little detail for you and wants your home to have quality materials installed. I probably sent this man about 200 text messages whenever I had questions/concerns and he always provided a timely response. I was very fortunate to have been approached by his company as my experience was about as positive as one can have. Building it Better is smaller compared to some of the big names in central OH, but keep in mind, small companies will generally work harder for you as they cannot afford the negative impact from dissatisfied customers.
If you have any reservations about choosing Building it Better, I hope this review will convince you to go ahead and give them a call. I do not have any regrets or disappointments, and have been 100% satisfied with the end results. My house is now literally the nicest looking on the street (this is according to all my neighbors, not me).

I was referred by a friend that had work done also. I contacted the company and I was able to schedule an appointment for that week to have the estimate done. They were very thorough going over the details and cost. Work was started the following week. Everything went smoothly. It took one week to complete.
