They were fine and did a good job. They were very prompt, punctual, and responsive. They fixed the problem and there were no issues with it anymore.

We were gone for a few weeks so I went over after they had done it and it all looked very good. They were punctual and did good work. The pricing was reasonable.

Upon completion of driveway sealing, I waited the 48 hours as requested before driving on the asphalt. It dried fine except it looked terrible! I called to express my displeasure and a gentleman came out to inspect. He walked around, looked carefully then looked at me and said, "I see why you are unhappy, this is not our quality of work. He said we have been having trouble with a new tar supplier. I apologize for this. Let's let this cure for 30 days or so and we will come out and totally reseal." Wow! About a month later they called to advise of their arrival the next day. They resealed the drive and it looks beautiful! Great company!!

I use them all the time. They are timely and professional. They send an estimator out and you don't have to be there and then they send you the estimate.

Armor did a great job. They were very patient with us as we decided the scope of work we wanted done. QUotes were always provided very timely, followed up by phone calls.
Work was done when they said it would be and it looked great.

I wish to testify to the outstanding work completed at my home in Bexley this past week by the Armor Paving Company. The entire driveway was resealed including crack filling and patch work. The salesman Clark was personable and professional as were the hard working crew of Greg and Doug. All of the personnel and work were coordinated by Angie. I never had a call or inquiry unanswered and my drive has never looked this good. I thought you should know that I have tried other companies, obtained other bids and entertained offers of service in many areas in my life, never have all of the parts to an operation worked so well. Thank you Armor Paving for doing just what you said you would do, when you said you would do it, (even earlier in fact) and how you said you would do it.

We made an appointment to do this project last year and they overbooked their schedule and pushed us to this year. When they came out to rebid, I was upset because over the winter some more cracks appeared which I felt wouldn't have been there if they had sealed the driveway when we made the original appointment. It took some negotiation but they agreed to honor last year's price.

We had used them previously and we were satisfied with their work. However, this year was a struggle to get them to acknowledge that they stood us up last year. I will definitely shop around before I use them again.

The service was excellent. They had some problems with the weather. They had reschedule because it rained and the drive way was wet. There was nothing they could do.

I confirmed that Armor should proceed with work as per their estimate of 8/29/2011 for my sealing my driveway and that of my neighbor. They told me that work would be done in about two and one half weeks. After four weeks, I called and was told that due to the weather they were running behind and someone would call me within a few days. It has been an additional two weeks and no one has called an the work never performed. Why on earth is Armor Paving and Sealing rated so well by Angie's List with responsiveness like this?

As service area on details of company, they list and quot;entire areaand quot; as their service area. They are located in Reynoldsburg, but the, I have used companies in New Albany and Galloway, just as far away. When I called for quotes on houses in 43221 and 43206, the company said those were too far away.

Don't really care, lots of options, but it would be nice if the info on the web page was corrected.

They did wonderful work. It rained that night and they were back out here the next morning to redo it. They did a beautiful job and I would absolutely use them again.

I was not at home when Armor arrived to start the project, my husband was. He said that the crew let him know they were starting. By the time I got home about noon, the old driveway asphalt was removed and nearly all the new asphalt was laid and being rolled. By 1:00 p.m. the driveway was finished. The driveway and surrounding areas were cleaned in, what I consider, a MORE than workman like manner. A few days later we received a bill for services rendered at or below the estimate. I highly recommend Armor Asphalt and Sealing. Our tiny job was treated as thoroughly and professionally as any large area job.

They did a fine job.

The problem is that we didn't care for them because they didn't tell us upfront that they subcontracted. So the people that actually did the work were from another company. We didn't know until we got a bill.

They were very thorough and did an excellent job recapping our driveway. Left no mess behind; very efficient.

The company was prompt from start to finish and did an outstanding job. I recommend them highly.

Armor did a nice job. I can't rate their price because the other two companies I contacted for an estimate never delivered so I have no basis for comparison. But otherwise I'm very satisfied. I got an estimate that included everything I wanted done and the work was completed in a short time frame and nicely done.

We did not have the work completed because the cost was outside our budget for the job at this time.

Excellent job! Carol in particular, will do everything to insure your schedule is maintained. Even looks better than other recently sealed drives in the neighborhood. You know who to call for any asphalt work!

I spoke with Carol and after giving her my address she stated that they do not service my area, even though the company profile states that my county is listed as an area of service. She then proceeded to ask how large my driveway was and when I stated that it was about an 1-1/2 acres in length. She then gave a new explanation that they were booked for the year and I should call back in the spring. Which is it? You don't service my area or only if it is going to bring in more money than a city driveway. Several conflicts with the info listed in the company profile and what Carol stated to me over the phone.
