RUN, do not walk away! We paid on time and at each request. Workmanship was poor, and at 85% completion and 95% paid they stopped showing up and began ducking all communications. He only responded after we sent certified letter and then he issued threats of legal expenses. Told me I was requesting illegal plumbing, which was verified legal by the sanitation inspector. We were very accommodating to their extremely slow schedule, but were taken advantage of. Do NOT be taken in by this charlatan! Lied through his teeth for the entire project, that ran two months longer before he stopped showing up entirely. MPAC is extremely unprofessional. I am contacting the state bonding agency.

Contractor abandoned job site. Paid a very substantial sum of money for addition and remodel of existing structure. I purchased flooring for installation and contractor agreed to store flooring until the time of installation. Contractor will not return flooring, nor will he tell me where it is stored. I'm in the process of legal action against this contractor..

Matt and his team did an amazing job on the last job I had them come out and take care of wouldn’t recommend anyone other than MPAC construction
