We were in the process of selling our house and the buyers inspector told us that we had termite damage to the sill plate and that it would have to be replaced which can be a very expensive project. Steve was prompt professional and did a thorough inspection of the damage. Steve informed us that the damage was minimal and the sill plate did not need replaced. He directed us to a structural engineer (who was great) to confirm his findings. The engineer came out and inspected the damage then sent us a letter to take to the closing. This saved us a lot of time and money.

Steve was a great guy to talk with and explaining the structural situation to us. We really appreciate his knowledge and his honesty.

He still comes back and fixes anything that goes wrong in the house which is fantastic. He does great work and I have been very happy with his service and will continue to use him.

Heinlen and Follmer are partners. Todd Follmer became a partner after our house was built. They still help us to fix things in our house. They are pretty remarkable. Mr. Heinlen sent his painter over to my house in July to paint around my windows. I also have a new door to be installed and I am waiting for them to fix it for me. I will use their services in the future as well.
