Only person/ company who advertised 24/7 emergency service and meant it. The other 5 I called would not come out even though it was and emergency ( pouring rain and sump well filling with sump pump not working)

Will try to save you money and still complete quality work. Came on a Sunday, what a life saver. Always kept me informed on what was going on in the repair. Will definitely use him again

In time did great work very nice

I had 7 people come to my house to address the raw sewage backing up into my basement. The first company sent 4 different people to address each individual issue. Pretty much took all day. The only thing that was accomplished was that one guy put a camera in my line and said it would not go very far. Said the pipe was likely collapsed. Suggested we get an outside cleanout installed which would involve excavating the yard and installing new pipe...about 6.5K. Yikes! Called for a 2nd opinion. Offered the same service for about half the price. Didn t even try to snake it. Said too risky. Had a 3rd company come out. They at least tried snaking it but were unsuccessful. They suggested hydro jetting at $750 for the first hour. Luckily the hydro jet was not available so I called Chris to see if he could do that. Explained my situation and he thought he could clear it without using a jet. Well, he did the impossible and cleared the line after a couple of hours! He had 2 things the others did not have...determination and hope. He saved us a ton of money and I am very grateful!

Chris was prompt, curious, experienced, knowledgeable, and made sure we understood what had to be done for us to get the best service from our new sump pump! He ran into some issues with our back-up pump, but he took his time and fixed everything so all is working properly and efficiently!! We are very pleased with is talent,and his professionalism!! With one service call, Chris sold us on his competence, professionalism, and trustworthiness. We discovered our sump pump had stopped working when we woke up to find the basement was flooded. Chris arrived that very morning and provided us with all options, including the estimated costs for each, before getting started. He quickly discovered and fixed a faulty switch in the pump, saving us the cost of replacing the entire pump (a less trustworthy plumber might have recommended replacement up front to pad the job). As a follow-up he offered a number of recommendations for making sure the problem doesn't happen again. We'll definitely be calling Chris in the future.

We thought we just had a clogged sink. We did not. We had a much bigger issue and Chris worked all day to fix it. Highly recommend!

This is a one-man company for better and for worse. He will respond extremely quickly but any issues you have with the work probably are not getting resolved. We hired him to clean a sewer lateral and he was able to successfully snake it. During the work, he unplugged a basement chest freezer to plug in some of his equipment and did not plug it back in at completion which caused all the food in it to spoil before it was noticed. We reached out to try to reach a partial refund for the lost food and he denied unplugging anything and then stopped responding. If you have a simple job, I would guess this company should be fine most of the time although I would carefully inspect the work area before and after. I would not hire for anything more complex than a clogged drain. Ultimately because it is a one-man operation, he is going to tell you to kick rocks if you have any complaints, valid or not.

A pro who answers his phone. Showed up on time, actually a bit earlier than expected. Friendly. Rate is reasonable for kitchen faucet and shutoffs installed. I would call him before anyone else for my plumbing needs. Very pleased.

Chris was very prompt and showed up at my house at pimised time. He took his shoes off so not track snow into the house. Snaked the toilet open and adjusted the flushing mechanism and tested it a couple of times before leaving. He said he will gurantee his work.

Chris called immediately after I put my request into Home Advisor and it was like talking to someone I have known for years. He personable, informative as well as knowledgeable about plumbing and some of the challenges addressing plumbing in a home built on a slab. I liked that he showed up well equipped to handle my plumbing issue. He did not need to leave and come back with additional equipment which was a big plus. Bottom line, Chris fixed the clogged sewer line in a timely and efficient manner for a reasonable charge. I would recommend him as well as call him again if necessary. It was a good experience.

Came out on New Year's Day and cleared a main sewer line backup. Quick and efficient. Only charged for initial hour. Planning on hiring him for other projects. He is an experienced and knowledgeable plumber who is eager to get job done.

They did not clean up after themselves, my floors have tracks of mud and my pantry is broken on the bottom. My kitchen sink got clogged the same night, and he said it was not his fault. He came out and wanted to charge an additional 125.00. The garbage disposal worked well before he came. He is very pricey.

I have Chris work on a waste line backup for me he was very efficient. He showed up within a couple of hours of the initial phone call to him. He was a little pricey but he did an excellent job and I will recommend him to anyone.

Moved into a condo six months prior and drains were very slow. Chris came out and was super helpful. Got all the drains going again and gave me maintenance tips to avoid clogged drains in the future. Had a few small questions as well that he quickly and easily answered. Will definitely be rehiring for future needs.

This guy first tried to replace the thermocouple on my water heater. It didn't work so he recommended replacement. His estimate was $794 but it ended up costing $1200. I did the math and figured out he charged me for the thermocouple he replaced even though it did nothing. He also left the old water heater in the basement so I'd have the worthless part he'd replaced. After he completed the job he said he'd email me an invoice. I never received one. When I tried to contact him I discovered he had blocked me from calling or texting him. Don't hire him to turn on a faucet for you!
