Adam and the ASK Luxury team have been great to work with! They found a qualified tenant in a few days so my property wasn't sitting empty for very long. I am NOT a landlord. I needed to rent my home until the market improved to have a sale that ended up putting money in my pocket. Enter ASK Luxury Realty. ASK gave me great advice on how to prepare my condo for premium rental status, managed all questions/concerns/repairs when needed. The price is extremely fair and they provide excellent customer service to both the renter and the owner. Once the market rebounded, ASK managed the sale of the property and we went into contract within 24 HOURS of putting it on the market!!

The overall experience was great. the process of buying and selling a home in cohesion with each other can be a stressful one, but ASK made it extremely easy on our end. From the attentive responses to questions, through identifying homes, and getting favorable prices on both buying/selling was all around a great experience. This is our 2nd home we have purchased with ASK, and first time selling, and we would certainly use again if the opportunity is needed!

Adam has never ever disappointed me. He is always there when I need him. Again and again he has shown to me that it only takes him 1 - 2 weeks to find a new tenant! One major reason is that he maintains the rental properties really well, and make sure that they are in perfect conditions before going on the market. Last month, he listed a property for sale for me. I took him 4 days to get an offer, and a few more weeks before the property was sold! Adam surely amazes me!!! A++++

We relocated to another state due to a new job and only had 2 weeks to move out, so it was quite a stressful time. We were deciding on whether to sell the house or to lease it out. Since my wife and I had never been landlords before, we were a little nervous about the prospect of managing the property ourselves or even entrusting someone else to manage it for us. Adam totally eased our minds from the start. He met with us and walked us through every step of the process. Since we had to leave town so fast, we dropped off the keys at Adam's office and relied on his expertise. We left town on a Wednesday and by the following Monday, Adam had a maintenance guy at our house to touch up the paint and to take care of any minor maintenance issues in our home. Then the next day, he had a cleaning crew and carpet cleaner at our house. By that Wednesday, one week after we left town, he had our house listed for rent and scheduled an open house for that Saturday. Three days after the open house, Adam informed me that the renters had signed the lease that day and will be moving in two weeks. I was totally expecting this process to play out for weeks if not months. This entire process really exceeded my expectations. It is also important to note that Adam is very responsive with emails, text messages, and phone calls. Anytime I had questions or concerns, he would respond to me pretty much immediately or within a few hours. The worst case was maybe the next day. This has been a very positive experience for me and my wife. From a first time novice landlord, we are now actually considering investing in additional properties and have Adam manage them as well.

 Adam made the process so easy.  He took care of everything for us.  He took pictures and a video of our house, was responsible for listing it in multiple places, performed background checks on potential renters, and had our place rented in three days!  Adam took what could have been a stressful process and made it easy.  Would highly recommend him.

Adam did much more than expected.  Considering we were moving to South Africa, this created many situations that were difficult due to us being so far away.  Adam did many above and beyond service including checking on our home often and making sure everything was ready for each showing.

Adam was extremely helpful throughout this entire process.  I travel for work...a lot, and was in the middle of a move my self.  He was patient, followed up and provided details of the process status throughout the experience.  He was also very understanding and accomodating to specifc requests that I had with regard to the quality of some of the more minor details.  I truly felt like Adam treated my home with the care as if it were his own.  Throughout the process I felt like Adam's top priority was making sure I was comfortable with everything.  It's easy to say that you care - particularly when I'm 1,200 miles away and would truthfully be none the wiser, but Adam demonstrated this level of care and professionalism multiple times.  As an example, some touch up work needed to be done to repair screw holes left in the walls where pictures were previously hung.  I expressed to Adam how one of the things I enjoyed most about my condo was the incredible interior paint job.  Throughout the entire condo there wasn't a single drop of paint on any of the crown molding, baseboards or door frames.  This was something that I wanted to maintain.  Knowing this, Adam sent pictures of the touch up results that were done using the original paint that had been sitting in the garage.  They didn't match at all, and Adam was attentive enough to literally have everything in place to repaint some of the walls entirely as soon as I gave the approval.  This may seem minor, but Adam knew I would want this.  The professional in him didn't want to do it without my approval, but the concerned advocate in him didn't want to delay the process once my approval had been given.  It would've been easy for him to simply avoid doing work that may be for naught, wait for my response and then get to work, but he worked hard to line everything up prior to the approval because the moment I shared with him my concern on this particular topic, it became equally his concern.  The new tenants requested that one of the walls be repainted a different color after this work was complete.  Adam of course presentded me with this request as he should, but also wrote "the paint looks great after the painters {have finished}.  I would hate to repaint, but it's your call."  He didn't try and talk me into something he knew I wouldn't be comfortable with just to secure a tenant quickly.  In fact, I don't think he wrote that with any agenda in mind at all - I think he wrote that because he truly adopted my concerns as his own, and it's how he felt.

I'll also say that I did look into several other property management companies.  Some far less expensive in fact.  However, after speaking with Adam over the phone and meeting with him I knew this was the right direction to go.  To put that in perspective - their extremely reasonable fee of 50% for the first month's rent and 10% for subsequent months was actually misunderstood by me when I made the decision to go with Adam.  I thought it was 100% of the first month's rent and 20% of subsequent months.  I wanted Adam, and saw value in having him when I thought the fees were double!  Fees are only an issue in the abscence of value.  Adam and his company are a tremendous value.

It's been good so far.

I cannot say enough great things about the job that Adam and his team do, they are extremely professional, courteous and just great people to work with. I have referred them to friends and co-workers and will continue to. 

I met with Adam about June 9. He scheduled an open house for the following Saturdy. During the week he took picture and video of the condo and posted them onlne. During the open house he got three potential renters. He did backround checks and signed arenter the following Tueday, for a move in date July 1. I don't feel I could have done itr any sooner.

I have had a great experience working with Adam and this team.  My first tenants lease was up after one year.  And within a couple weeks of their move out, they planned an open house and secured tenants for 2 more years.  They are very professional and respond back to any questions or concerns very quickly which is very important to me.  I will continue to use them again and recommend them for anyone looking to have someone manage their property.

ASK has managed my property since the beginning of 2012 and the quality of their service and professionalism has been outstanding. They make sure that they find good tenants with quality background checks, and have turned down tenants that they've deemed not optimal for my rental. As such, we've always received rental payments on time and the condo has only undergone regular wear and tear. Adam and his team are extremely responsive and promptly act when things come up. They've also overseen some routine work that we had done (painting, replacement of 20 year old water heater) and have ensured that quality work was done in a timely manner. They send pictures of the work to satiate my curiosity and confirm quality before I pay the vendor. Additionally, in all cases, while they recommend vendors upon request, I am always free to find my own vendors for services and negotiate price.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the quality that Adam and his team at ASK provide and I continue to use their services (I recently extended my contract with them). If you are are looking for a quality property management team, you will not be disappointed with ASK.

We moved out of Ohio and wanted to make our house into an Investment property. At that time we spoke to Adam from Ask Property management and he was very very professional  and answered all our questions. He was able to rent our property within couple of weeks. I would recommend Ask property management to my friends and relatives. The rates were reasonable and also the overall experience was very professional.

Adam pre-inspected the place before the prior tenants moved out and everything was supposedly fine.  After the place was vacant a few days all of sudden we get a cryptic email from him about how we "needed to hire a general contractor" but no details and now Adam won't answer our calls.  This needlessly frightened us (we really were thinking the worst), and when we finally get a return phone call Adam says that the place needs to be painted cleaned and the bathtub caulked.  Ok fine, we'll pay for that.  Then we get an email from him that he has canceled our contract.  Of course he won't call us back.
Now we are really scrambling, we hired a painter and a house cleaner and ended up flying across the country to handle renting out the property our selves and guess what- it rented in a day!  They left us high and dry confirmed our suspicions that property managers are worthless.

Needless to say from my description, it has gone very well thus far. We can only hope the tenants take care of our property well. Though it is too early to say if there will be any post-tenancy handling issues, I am expecting a relatively smooth sailing. Relative to the last property management company we hired, this has been a very pleasant experience thus far.

Adam was the Realtor for clients that had hired me to preform Home Inspection on properties that they where purchasing. Adam was always very involved in getting everything setup and insuring that everything went as smooth as possible for his clients. Adam has been at every inspection to insure that we had access and made sure there was no problems. For anyone looking for a realtor that has there clients best interest in mind I would strongly recommend Adam.

The folks at ASK took what could have been a scary process and made it practically painless.  We have relocated out of Ohio but own a home there.  Our goal was to convert it to a rental property, and Adam and Miriam walked us through everything, made great suggestions without pressure, and were ultra-flexible.  We got great results quickly and never had to wait for anything from them.  I honestly feel like their efforts to prepare for and execute marketing were above and beyond and it paid off quickly... we got qualified tenants within a week of hitting the market.  Definitely a huge win.

I decided to keep my condo and make it into a rental property.  After struggling to find tenants on my own, I researched and contacted several property management companies.  The first thing I loved about this company was how quickly they responded to my initial contact and throughout the whole process.  I primarily worked with an associate named Adam.  He was so prompt in answering any questions, concerns I had by phone and especially email since it was easier for me to use due to my work schedule.  In our initial meeting, he was very professional and excellent at explaining what the company does and how we could work together.  After deciding to go with the company, they basically took care of everything that needed to be done to make my condo move-in ready.  The condo didn't need much work, but he recommended workers and set up the appointments himself to have everything completed and made sure to inform me of costs and also gave me option of hiring my own companies.  After having one open house, they were able to secure a tenant after only 4 days!  They did a great job of keeping me informed throughout the whole process.  After starting off a very frustrating process of becoming a landlord, this company made it easy and the overall experience was great.  I will continue to use them and very highly recommend them to others.
