Took care of city permits, etc. Their service was good and we would recommend them and use them again.

They arrived when they said they would. They made minor repairs to the existing framing without any additional charge. The job quality was excellent, as usual (this is the third door they have done for us). They finished on time and cleaned up after themselves.

His designates who did the installation were careful to explain that on our 100-year old home, the result would not be perfectly straight from every angle, either the door would be out of level to the walls, or the door could be aligned with the walls, but out of level to gravity. He sought our prior approval for each installation decision, including scrupulous mention of price, and whether the decision did or not change the estimate. Work was done on time and they cleaned up after the job. We are very happy, and love our new, smooth, silent, secure, attractive new entry. Price was better than two other estimates by over 20%.

They were very good, we were very pleased. We waited while they ordered the door, they told us how long we would have to wait and they completed the work within that time frame. Everything was to my satisfaction and he was a very nice guy.

The owner came to our home, showed us some samples of doors and gave us an estimate. We then put down a down payment and waited for the doors to arrive. Elmer and Mike (the owner,s son) came and worked hard to take out doors, put in new doors, and reinstall trim and siding. They worked really hard and did an excellent job. Very concerned with detail and very polite.

Mr. Gingrich is a measure four times, and cut once, person and spent a lot of time getting the right doors ordered. The work is perfect and they look great.

The company did EXCELLENT work. It took longer than estimated and expected, but the extra time was worth it. They pay attention to detail, which is important. The price was a little less than another quote for the same product as well.

John was great to work with. He called me right back and was out here within the next day or so. He was prepared with door samples for me to review and was the only contractor to go in the basement to check out how far the wood rot came in. His estimate was very detailed. Once we decided to go with him he had everything ordered right away and was able to start the work when estimated. I watched them do a lot of the work so I could make sure all of the rot was out. And, they did a great job. His son and the other man that worked with him were very professional. They went over and above with little extra touches here and there. I am very happy with my new doors.

Mr. Gingrich was able to get me the door I really wanted for a little bit more than I would have paid for a door I didn't like as well. Another large company was not willing to do that. He also made it worth my while to add on a new storm door, which I had not considered at first. And his price was still $1500 less than the other company, who supposedly cut thousands off their price. Installation was perfect and clean, with all trash hauled away.

We were going to install the door ourselves, but after reviewing the job we decided it made more sense to hire a professional. I called and John was able to come out that evening to take a look and give us an estimate. They gave us an estimate of $990 and we accepted the bid. They were able to start the following Monday (got the estimate on Friday night!). When they arrived Monday they took great care in laying down a tarp to protect our carpet as they came in and out. They also put down cardboard on our deck to protect it. John and Mike were very professional and polite. I had total confidence in their ability to do the job right. They really took their time and did a great job! They even allowed me a few days in between finishing the trim work so that I had an opportunity to stain it before they put it up (less messy). We felt totally comfortable having them in our home for the better part of two days. The door looks beautiful. I couldn't be happier with this company!

We got 5 quotes for this job. This company was very responsive and John was exceptionally professional. Great product line. However, his prices, which we truly believe were fair prices for him, were out of our budget.

His service was good. When there was a slight problem, which was not his fault, he immediately corrected it.

Less than 10 days elapsed from the time I received the estimate and the time the door was installed. With another company a few years back, I waited 6 weeks! He arrived on the scheduled date and did the job as if it were his own house. Elmer was very efficient and friendly. He cleaned up after the job and took away the previous door and screen door. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a new door installed. You'll be pleased with the people and quality of the work.

What a quality company to deal with. From the estimate to the completion of the work just outstanding. My existing door was drafty and there was a lot of wood rot. Additionally, the job was complicated by the interior wainscotting in the foyer. The men from Precision knew exactly how to remove and replace it minimizing my need to repaint the area. I couldn't be more pleased. Plus John called the next day to make sure we were satisfied. If I even need another door replaced I know who to call. True craftsmen!

He called me right back. They did a really great job, and you could see the quality of their work. What I really liked was that at the end, they had to do some caulking and a rubber piece broke. They told us they would order a new piece and come back to install it. Normally we have had to call companies to get them to get the job 100% done, but they didn't charge us until the whole job was complete. They really put the effort into it.

On time, very professional, paid attention to every detail. Spent over nine hours of labor to do the job right. The quality of the work done was better than the original door installation.

THE ESTIMATE WAS ABOUT $1000 LESS THAN 2 OTHER ESTIMATES I RECEIVED FOR LESSER QUALITY DOORS! THE WORK WAS PROFESSIONAL AND THEY LEFT THE AREAS AROUND THE DOOR INSTALLATION CLEANER THAN WHEN THEY ARRIVED. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE PRECISION BUILDING SERVICE IN THE FUTURE.

WORKERS WERE VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEIR WORK WAS VERY ACCURATE.

JOHN GINGERICH WAS OUR SALESPERSON. HE MET US AT OUR HOME, WITH SAMPLES AND BROCHURES. AT ALL TIMES, JOHN WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, PUNCTUAL, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. JOHN ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS AND MADE US FEEL AT EASE. MIKE AND ELMER DID THE INSTALLATION WORK. IT TOOK THEM TWO DAYS TO REMOVE/INSTALL EVERYTHING BUT THEY DID GET THE NEW DOOR IN THE FIRST DAY SO THE HOUSE WOULD BE SECURE. THESE MEN WORKED WITHOUT COMPLAINT ON WHAT SEEMED LIKE THE HOTTEST TWO DAYS OF THE YEAR. OUR FRONT DOOR LOOKS AMAZING AND, BECAUSE OF THEIR EFFORTS, OUR HOUSE LOOKS LIKE A HOME. WHEN YOU SEE THE WORD ''PRECISION'' IN THIS COMPANY'S NAME, THEY MEAN IT.

THEY HAD TO DO SOME SPECIAL WORK BECAUSE IT WAS AN ODD SIZED SPACE AND THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB. THEY WERE PROBABLY THE NICEST PEOPLE I'VE EVER WORKED WITH.

THEY NEVER RESPONDED. I AM STILL LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO DO THE WORK (REPLACING A POCKET DOOR AND REFINISHING WOODWORK IN HOUSE). I AM NOT SURE HOW MUCH IT WILL COST, SO JUST ESTIMATED. THEY DID NOT RESPOND TO TWO E-MAILS TO THEIR SITE. I DID NOT TRY THE TELEPHONE, PERHAPS THAT WOULD WORK BETTER, BUT I AM TRYING TO SAVE TIME.

I FEEL THIS WOULD BE A GOOD COMPANY FOR THE WORK TO BE DONE. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RESPONSIVE.

JOHN GINGRICH AND HIS STAFF ARE VERY PRECISE IN THEIR WORK, I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR ATTENTION TO DETAIL. I AM A VERY, VERY PICKY PERSON AND THEY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS FOR QUALITY WORKMANSHIP.

SINCE THEY ARE LOCATED IN PLAIN CITY (AND WE'RE IN CLINTONVILLE), IT WAS A LITTLE CHALLENGING TRYING TO COORDINATE CALENDARS FOR AN ESTIMATE AND, UNDERSTANDABLY, THERE WAS A TRIP CHARGE (WHICH THEY WOULD APPLY TOWARD THE FINAL COST, SHOULD THEY GET THE JOB). IT TURNED OUT, THOUGH, THAT I HAD THE LITERATURE FOR THE STORM DOORS THEY CARRY (FROM ANOTHER COMPANY'S ESTIMATE) AND MR. GINGERICH WAS ABLE TO GIVE ME THEIR ESTIMATE ($200 LESS THAN THE OTHER COMPANY) OVER THE PHONE. HE THEN FOLLOWED UP BY COMING OUT TO THE HOUSE TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS BEFORE ORDERING THE DOORS. THEY ARE VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL AND CUSTOMER-SERVICE ORIENTED TO THE EXTENT OF A FOLLOW-UP CALL THE DAY AFTER INSTALLATION TO MAKE SURE WE WERE PLEASED.
