It's a small, independently owned shop. Went in with my discount coupon, and immediately I felt like they hated doing the service using that discount card. I just wanted an oil change and the tires rotated - which should have been free - but they tried hard to push a balancing as well, which they said should be done each time you rotate the tires. Of course, it cost extra to do the balancing. I declined, and I got kind of the cold shoulder after that.  Just didn't feel very welcomed there, with my coupon and all. After the tires were rotated, they made a terrible racket from road noise when going about 45-50 mph.  Not saying they had anything to do with it, but as it turns out, the tires were cupped pretty badly.  I had an additional free oil change on my card - but the whole experience kind of turned me off, so I never even used it. They may be a good shop, but I definitely didn't feel comfortable there, and won't be going back.
