THEY DID NOT EDGE THE DRIVEWAY AS PROMISED BUT THE PATCH WAS CHEAPER THAN THE ESTIMATED COST. THE FOLKS ON THE PHONE WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, WE RECEIVED A REMINDER CALL AND THE JOB WAS COMPLETED WHEN PROMISED. OVERALL A GREAT CHOICE.

ALTHOUGH THEY NEEDED TO RESCHEDULE TWICE (ONCE DUE TO SCHEDULING ERROR AND ONCE DUE TO WEATHER - NOT THEIR FAULT, OF COURSE), THEY CALLED IMMEDIATELY TO INFORM US OF THE CHANGE AND THE NEW DATE. I DON''T THINK THE PRICE CAN BE BEAT. WORK APPEARS TO BE VERY NEAT, NICELY AVOIDED OUR BRICK EDGING.

BASED ON THEIR BROCHURE I ASSUMED THEY WOULD FILL SOME FAIRLY LARGE CRACKS. THEY DID NOT. THEY ONLY SEAL COATED. WHEN I CALLED THEM ABOUT IT THE PERSON I SPOKE TO BECAME BELLIGERENT AND WOULD NOT COME BACK TO SEAL THE CRACKS. SHE DID CALL BACK TO APOLOGIZE FOR HER BEHAVIOR HOWEVER.

MY DRIVEWAY STARTED PEALING SIX MONTHS AFTER THE SEAL COATING WAS APPLIED. SOMEONE CAME OUT AND LOOKED AT DRIVEWAY FROM ANOTHER COMPANY AND SUGGESTED THE SEAL WAS OF CHEAP QUALITY. I CALLED AMERICOAT AND THEY ADVISED THAT THE SEAL COAT IS WATER BASED AND WOULD PEEL OVER TIME. I HAVE NEVER HAD IT PEEL SO QUICKLY IN THE PAST. THEY MADE NO RECOMMENDATION OF PUTTING ON MORE THAN TWO COATS OF THE SEALANT.

THEY WERE A LITTLE PRICEY, THEY WERE NEAT AND CLEAN AND THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB. THEY WAITED ABOUT 4 HOUR TO BETWEEN THE COATS. THEY DID EVERYTHING RIGHT AND ON TIME. WE WERE REAL HAPPY WITH THEM.
