My dog has allergies. I would use them depending on the situation. The vet interacts good with my pet. They keep you coming back. They temp fix things and hold you hostage for medicine, they won't give her medicine even she was just in there two weeks ago. They need to make sure that is is quote no secondary infection to get you back in there for an office visit and more medicine.

Very warm and caring staff. We had recently moved and this was our first visit. The vet and staff were excellent working with us and our ill dog.

Animal Boarding Kennels
The second time I visited I brought my dog's vet records and my dog in to be tested to be sure he got along with the staff and other dogs. The office was much busier during this visit in terms of people waiting for a vet appointment but the ladies at the desk were very nice and the wait was short. There were more dogs in the day care also and for about 10 of the 15 minutes I was there, there was no staff member with the dogs. One standard poodle was trying to mount the other dogs, regardless of gender. A large lab was running after an Irish Settler, at time the dog would bite the other's neck and finally when the poodle joined in the chase the settler went on her back on the ground in a submissive posture. I was asked to wait in the front and complete paperwork and 2 staff members took my dog in the back for the test. Previously my dog had been boarded in a woman's home (who has retired from dog sitting) with 12 other small dogs (ranging from 3-17 pounds), two cats (15-17 pounds) and one large bird. My dog interacts with neighborhood dogs including four females ranging in size from 23 to 50 pounds with no problems. My dog is a 13 pounds silky terrier (similar to yorkie) and has never bitten a person or dog so I expected no problems. The two staff members came out and one said he didn't get along with other dogs. I was surprised but said that I understood that he couldn't go into day care and boarding. She said he growled and nipped at a big dog. I apologized and the other staff member quickly assured me that he hadn't bitten the other dog and the other dog was fine. I thanked her and said that I was sorry that it happened. I explained that the only he has ever had trouble with is a large dog who roams the neighbor--that other dog had growled and snapped at my dog when my dog was a puppy so I keep my dog inside when that dog is roaming. Then the staff member said that while he was fine with the small dog that and quot;you must have trained him to go after big dogs.and quot; That was a very odd and very unprofessional remark.

We walked in and filled out a quick form since we were new clients (describing our cats, listing symptoms, etc.). They gave us an exam room right on time, and a nurse came in and weighed the cats and asked if we had any questions or concerns and confirmed the reason we were there. She was SUPER nice! After getting weights we waited ~5-10 minutes for the doctor, which I liked because it gave the cats some time to get used to the room. The doctor came in and was very friendly, explained the shots the cats needed, and was very quick and efficient. She definitely knew what she was doing and didn't waste any time with the shots or making the cats uncomfortable! Then she made sure that we didn't have any more questions, offered us options for treatment of tapeworms for our one cat (and assured us that the cheaper pill was just as effective as the more expensive injection), and wished us well. She did a great job continually talking to my animals while giving them injections to try to calm them and distract them from the sticks, and I think they did very well. They have credit card swipes in the exam rooms so you can pay right there, so we could make the girls spend as little time in their carrier as possible! Definitely a great experience! HIGHLY reccommend it!

Dr. Eisenhour does not try to sell her clients more services than needed. She is very straightforward about what the best products/services are for your pet and will make suggestions based on your budgetary constraints. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent veterinary care!

They're very good, and I have a lot of positive things to say about them. They are convenient, and the staff is caring and professional. Their prices are fair. I would use them again.
