Rand was on time, listened to my explanation of the problem. He was professional in explaining his procedure and the cost. He answered all of my questions. He was efficient in locating the problem and replacing the breaker. I appreciate that Mr. Electric was able to provide service and repair the same day that I called them. Thank you.

Work was good and pro was nice and professional but extremely expensive and overpriced. I had a recessed light installed. All the wiring and box were already installed. Only needed to cut in drywall and plug in light. I provided the light also. I was charged $229.45. Work took 20 mins. This was part of a bigger project which they were unable to complete so I wasn?t provided the line item cost for this until after it was performed.

The professional was very knowledgeable and he knew exactly what needed done. He also put our microwave on its own circuit and our furnace. We felt relieved about our electrical system once he got done with our needs. Great job!

Randy arrived on time, asked about our problem, assessed what was happening, informed us of what he found and fixed our switch to overhead light problem. He was very courteous and job completed to our satisfaction. Will call Mr Electric again and request Randy, he was great!

The crew did excellent work. Not a guess, I was in the trade before retiring. They were courteous and helped keep our home as clean as possible during the work. They’re not the least expensive option. But they gave us good quality for our investment. I am grateful for their professionalism. Thanks go out to Matt, Shawn and Anthony for their diligence.
