As always, we prefer a phone call first to be sure someone will be around to actually assist with the problem. For us, customer service is key. I am pleased to know that I was able to solve your problem efficiently and in a timely manner."
If you would like to do what I did, please call first and ask if you can show up as you will need to catch him at home, and that is hit or miss. If you do and he is able to see you, he can save you the trip charge, which in my case reduced my actual costs to $50.
Joe's professionalism and good nature were quite impressive. He took the time to explain each step as he went as well as how to line up and replace the lock in the door. It worked exactly as he said it would. I highly recommend him for any work that you might have, including creating new keys on site when locked out of your car, etc. It was a very good experience.

Called them on Christmas Eve around 330pm and they were here in 15 minutes. Very professional and quick. He could've just opened the door and left but he took the time to help us make sure it didn't happen again by rekeying the lock and making us copy keys. My wife and I were glad we called them and impressed with the responsiveness.
