I'm Jim Martin, owner of Contractor Services. At Contractor Services, we help people by showing them how they can get the best value out of their dream remodeling projects. If you look around our site, you will see some of the projects that we have completed and the type of work that Contractor Services can do for you. One of the reasons that we can deliver the best quality and value remodeling projects is my experience in the industry. I started working with a home builder in Lancaster County Pennsylvania when I was 18 that utilized Amish crews. I then paid my way through college by running a painting business. In 2001, I moved to Ashtabula and started my own General contractor business. A few years later, I moved my business to Lake County. I work with tradesmen of varying levels of expertise and have a database that allows me to work with the most qualified personnel for the job. This saves you time and money by not paying a master carpenter to do rough framing, but also ensures that when you are looking for a really high quality finish, I have the people to get the job done. I have used this experience to develop Contractor Services to be a premier customer focused general contractor which is capable of handling any sized construction project that you many need. Being based in Perry Ohio, we concentrate primarily on Lake County, Eastern Cuyahoga County, Ashtabula County and Geauga County.
