DK Heating exceeded expectations in performing the work.  It's workmen arrived on time and worked overtime to complete the installation in one day rather than the two days that we thought the job would take.  They removed all of our old equipment, leaving our home clean and undamaged in every respect.  They did not even disturbed the outside bed in which the heat pump sits.  Before they left they explained in detail the operation of the new system and told us to call if we had any questions.  The new heat pump and air handler are working fine.

Meet with Vince, super nice guy and honest, for estimate. Received 3 estimates and DK Heating was in the middle. Went with DK because Vince was so nice and gave us tips to do in addition to getting the air/heat system that will help us out with energy costs. 3 men showed up about 9:15am in the morning and worked until about 6 - 6:30pm. Did the job in 1 day, which Vince said it was proabably about a 2 day job, so we were happy when they got in done in 1. The 3 men were very nice, professional, keep the house clean with there sheets down and what not. They explained how to use the system and how to keep it clean, both the inside units plus the unit outside. We had a friend over the house this weekend and he said that he was looking into these systems and I told him to call DK and gave him a card that I had.

The guy was real nice, he came out, very professional and I will be calling them again. He told me the breakdown of the price before he replaced it. 

Dk crew arrived on the morning they were to start work and went right at it. They removed the old 400 pound boiler and the old hot water heater, and installed the new system quickly and efficiently. Their piping was very neat and precise, and at the end of each day they cleaned up well. The project took three days, and when they were finished the system worked beautifully. They did a through cleanup before leaving. Every person who worked on the project was friendly and pleasant. I was delightful to have them work in our home.
