Serviceman was prompt, courteous and efficient. It took him about 5 minutes to determine that the washer's transmission had failed. Since the cost of the repair was impractical on a 10 year old applicance, decided to buy new washer. It was worth the cost of service to be able to make that decision.

Took 2 visits. First visit was evaluation of the problem. He replaced the main computer board. The refrigerator brand had had some problems with the comouter board. This didn't solve the problem. Second visit he brought a new blower motor and installed it. The old part had a flap that was stuck open which let cold air contiuously flow into the refrigerator compartment. Problem solved. I was not charged for a second service call.

The service was fair. They really didn't tell us the rate before they came for service which I felt was inappropriate. Overall the repair was fine and they came when they said when they said they would.

Drew from MrAppliance serviced our dryer by replacing a coil kit. He checked dryer duct work and exterior venting and gave us tips to help extend life of the dryer . He gave us his cell# just in case. Warranteed service/new parts for 90 days

They were rude, their quote was higher what they quoted on the day of the estimate, and I had them sent home after I received the receipt. I told them to take the part out and go home.

"Luckily we don’t have this issue often but this customer constantly belittled our technician and complained about the price even though we gave him a quote before work started (our policy). After the repair was completed and the complaining continued we replaced the new part with his original and left without charging him. In fairness, maybe the customer was having a bad day but please treat others as you would want to be treated."

The motor to our ice maker was completely broken. The freezer made ice but it wouldn't dispense it through the door as designed. Drew ordered the part for us and installed it quickly. Again, I had a very good experience with this company and with the service technician. I will call them FIRST for all my large appliance issues in the future.

Our side by side frig and freezer all of a sudden stopped cooling. It was a total loss of all of our food. Mr. Appliance was able to come to our house that same day and fixed the problem. It was a broken starter complex. Their service fee was applied to the part cost, unlike the other companies I had frantically called that morning. I am very impressed with their front office located in Gahanna and their service technician Drew. Fast and fantastic service.

Fantastic experience. We called late in the week, and were given an appointment for the following Monday. The technician even called Sunday night to confirm his arrival time and obtain additional information about our dryer, so he would know which parts to bring. The actual repair went smoothly -- I think it took him all of about 30 minutes to diagnose and fix the problem. My only complaint (and it's VERY nitpicky) is that they gave us a three-hour window for their arrival, which meant I had to take off work for that time and wait for them to arrive. This is common with repair companies (obviously), but I know that many are now offering to call 30 minutes prior to their arrival, so you can run home when they're actually going to arrive, instead of having to wait for the entire time period. Again, not a problem in any way. Might just be something for them to consider going forward.

I called this company on Tuesday afternoon because my fridge wasn't working and was told that they could come out on Thursday and would call me Wednesday night to confirm a time frame. I missed their call Wednesday and because my voicemail was having problems they couldn't leave a message, which I know was an issue on my end. I called them Thursday morning since I hadn't heard what time frame they would be coming and was told that they had already been to my part of town but might be able to come back after 12pm or else they would have to reschedule. The reason I chose this company was because I live about 5 minutes away from the location so I thought I would get faster service. I also didn't realize that my appointment time would get skipped over after waiting two days if I missed their one phone call. So I waited at home until the afternoon when I was told that they would not be able to come. After already arranging to be home all day on Thursday I really couldn't afford to be at home all day again, or wait that long to get my fridge repaired. So I called around to a couple of other companies on Angie's list and found one that could come that same afternoon. Mr. Appliance was very good at explaining their company, process, and pricing on the phone, it's too bad I couldn't get them to come do the work.

I called the company and explained to them our dishwasher was not draining. Due to my work schedule I was not able to be at the house until after 6 pm or on Saturday. He arranged to call me back. He called me back and said there would be a technician at the house between 9:30 - 12:30 on Saturday. The technician called about twenty minutes before arrival. He was very efficient and professional. He spent about twenty minutes diagnosing and fixing the problem. Our dishwasher works just fine now. I would highly recommend this company.

He pulled the dryer out and realized that it was an installation problem and the vent had been crushed and broken. He was very nice and gave me his business card and told me to call if we ever need any help. He didn't perform any work on the broken dryer vent because they only do work on the actual unit.
