We recently bought a house in the country and wanted to switch from the expensive propane furnace to a more energy efficient heating system. Tim at Federal explained our choices and different cost options, to find us a system we could afford and one that would last the long term. We went with a heat pump. They put it in on an 85 degree day and got it done so we could stay cool. It's a major improvement! Everyone at Federal, the installers and the people in the office are friendly and prompt in their attention.

Jesse, Kyle and Dillon were prompt and prepared. Installation went smooth, and unit works as advertised. New Bryant AC outside compressor unit was quieter than expected when running. I should get many many years of cool enjoyment out of this investment.

I really enjoyed dealing with Federal Elite Heating Cooling. Tim does a outstanding job describing the products and services they provide.We Chose a Bryant unit to heat and cool our sunroom. Kyle and Jesse did excellent work in the instillation. They are very nice and cleaned up afterwards. Very happy!

Steve and Tim were thorough in examining my house for the quote and for the actual install to ensure the smooth installation of the equipment. Jesse and crew were great during the install. I work from home so I greatly appreciate the fact that they kept the noise and disruption to a minimum. They were neat and cleaned up before they left for the day. Considering the work that needed done, I expected a bigger commotion and a lot more dust and dirt but they kept all of that to a minimum. They were polite, friendly and professional and did a great job in my dungeon of a basement. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs any hvac work done.

We have used them for 17 years. Ever since we've moved here they've been doing our furnace and air conditioner. We always have the in the spring and the fall. They do a thorough job of cleaning our air conditioner and our furnace. They make sure our filters are always ready to go. It works great. They are hour for about 1- 1 1/2 hours or 2.

Jesse & Kyle arrived on time, asked to see old unit. Didn’t waste any time. Had the new unit installed in about 4.5 hrs. Cleaned up before they left. Very happy.

Sales person ( Tim Hicks) came to the house to give me an idea of what we may need to replace our exciting unit. He asked what was wrong with the unit and I said it will not run. He then asked if he could look over it and possibly fix it. Well after he put a few parts on some labor he said it's not able to be fixed. So we went over the system and he showed me my options. He was very informative. He explained the difference in efficiency of each unit and how much money in the future we will save on energy cost. We made a decision and scheduled a date to have it installed. The 2 installers were very knowledgeable and very professional about keeping our house clean bring the old out and bringing the new in. After the install they explained the unit from top to bottom. I would definitely recommend this company to all my family and friends.

Excellent job well done!! On time for installation. Laid down protective plastic on carpet. Took out old furnace and installed new furnace and air conditioner in a timely manner. Arrived on time and prepared for removal of humidifier-1st water tank was too big but was able to get smaller one in 1/2 hour. Total time was 3 1/2 hrs which was our quote. No additional charge.
