LEFT DOOR UNLOCKED AFTER WE TOLD THEM TO LOCK UP BEHIND THEM. SAID THEY WANTED TO LEAVE IT OPEN FOR THE PLUMBER.
Description of Work: TORE OUT OLD LAMINATE COUNTERTOPS AND INSTALLED APPROACH. 40 LINEAR FEET OF BRAND NEW CORONA COUNTERTOPS. WORKED WITH BOB KAUFMAN WHO WAS DECENT TO DEAL WITH. THE COUNTERTOPS THEMSELVES LOOK GREAT. HOWEVER WE HAD ISSUES WITH THE FOLKS WHO DID THE INSTALL. THEY LEFT OUR FRONT DOOR UNLOCKED AFTER THEY WERE DONE THE JOB! THEY SHOWED UP TO SAY WE NEEDED A PLUMBER FOR OUR SINK AND NOBODY INFORMED US OF THAT. THEN THE GUY DIDN'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO UNHOOK A WATER LINE. COMMUNICATION BETWEEN BOB AND HIS CREW WAS POOR. GREAT PRODUCT BUT NOT SO GREAT SERVICE.
