They never called back to schedule an estimate.

Great...2 hrs. reasonabnle fee.

The only thing positive to say is they at least responded to my inquiry. Here's why I rated them with a "D": They forgot the date of our original estimate and missed it. Then showed an hour late for the rescheduled appointment. I had to chase them down both times. After hearing nothing for a few days since the estimate was performed, I reached out to see if they were going to send the proposal. One was sent the next day but it was the wrong job. It wasn't a sprinkler installation at all. The correct one was sent after I notified them of the error. The kicker was it was 27% higher than the one I received on time from another bidder. I can only imagine what headaches would be coming our way with their service if I had hired them. Which I didn't. I wish them well because Ramon is a friendly, knowledgeable person, and I'm sure he's good at what he does. However, the sales and organization part of his business needs a lot of work.

The two men were on time and completed the job expertly and promptly. They were very likeable and friendly and would be happy to have them r more work in the future.

In April of 2015, the issues continued in one section of the yard and Ramon of R&R was contacted. After several phone calls, workers finally were sent in November to address the areas of concern. Unfortunately, in the Spring of 2016, the yard was such a quagmire in one section, that it was not usable. Contacted Ramon of R&R late March via phone, as well as a follow-up letter sent with photos of the backyard. He and his crew came out in June. The area was built up with additional topsoil, bare spots and low spots in the yard were addressed. We were not charged for the time, labor and materials needed to correct the continued problem in 2015 or 2016. This to us, was a demonstration of R&R Landscaping and Design doing the “right thing” and ensuring that their customers are happy with the work they perform. Hopefully, the third time is the charm! Thank you, R&R Landscape and Design!

The Man came over to our home on Thursday the 13th of November 2014 around 1:00PM.
My Fianceand Myself spoke with the Man about doing the ENTIRE YARD FOR A SET PRICE Which WAS, $600.00 Hundred Dollars.
WE WENT OVER EVERYTHING THAT WE WANTED DONE, EXACTLY.!!!!
WE Shook Hands On The Deal.!
The Man Told Us That HE WOULD BE OVER ON SATURDAY THE 15TH With His Crew Of 6 Men To Do EVERYTHING.!!!!
Saturday Came And No One Called Or Came Over Or Showed Up AT ALL.!!!!
NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL.!!!!
The Next Day On Sunday The 16TH Which The Man Told Us He Would Come If He Could NOT MAKE IT ON SATURDAY.!!!!
Again, NO ONE CALLED OR SHOWED UP, AT ALL.!!!!
The Same Thing On Monday The 17TH NOW.!!!!
I Had To Call Him At 11:45 AM In The Morning To Ask Him Why Didn't He Come Over Or Call Us AS HE TOLD US HE WOULD DO.!!
The Man Stated To Me That He WAS GOING TO COME OVER TOMORROW ON TUESDAY THE 18TH.!!!!
I Asked Him Why Didn't You Call Us At Least To Let Us Know.????
He Said That He Was Coming Over Tuesday.!
I Told Him That The Weather Showed RAIN For Tuesday.!
The Man Then Said, Well Then, I Will Come Over On Wednesday THAN.!!!!
The Man Never Even Said He Was SORRY For Missing US For The LAST 3 DAYS Without An Excuse.!!!!
I Told Him That I Will Look For Him On Wednesday.!
I Called The Man Back About 30 Minutes Later To Tell Him NOT TO COME OVER AT ALL NOW SINCE HE SCREWED US OVER VERY BAD WHICH WE WHERE COUNTING ON HIM SO MUCH TO DO OUR YARD.!!!!
WE NOW HAVE SNOW ON ALL OF OUR TREES, SHRUBS, BUSHES, LEAVES.!!!!
HOW DO YOU REPLACE ALL OF THE WINTER SNOW DAMAGE IN THE SPRING THANKS TO A SO CALLED LANDSCAPER WHICH NEVER CAME OVER TO DO THE JOB.!
A HAND SHAKE, YOUR WORD, NOTHING MEANS ANYTHING TO THIS MAN.!!!!

R and R Landscape And Design did a great job, and the staff was easy to work with. In particular, the stone work was beautiful. The sprinkler system was more extensive than we expected. We would certainly recommend this company.

They were really good and they saved me a lot of money.

Rand R scheduled an appointment with me for a large patio project for 10/27/11 at 3:30. They never showed up and never called to cancel.................I left work early to meet them. Soooooooo!!!!! glad I did not hire them for any project at my home!!!!

They did a decent job and it looks good. Their price was more than it was worth. I had to make three phone calls to get them to finish the job. They made excuses like they forgot and then they had truck trouble and things like that. They could be a little more punctual and explain in detail what they want to do. I am not dissatisfied with the job and it is alright. I would suggest to people that they get a list of exactly what you want done and write it down so that you can check them off once they are finished.

Very simple. We discussed the items required and they did exactly what was agreed upon.

I had actually choosen a different company to do the fall yard clean up. I got a favorable quote from this company but they never returned a call to schedule a time and to answer several questions that I had. I asked Ramon (R&R) to quote, which he did promptly as well as return of several calls on a timely manner, which is a huge deal for me. I decided to go with R&R. He told me they would be able to do the cleaning on Thursday or Friday, which was within a week of the call. The only negative I would say is that they didn't make it on either Thurday or Friday, but Saturday morning. I wasn't called to inform me of the time change. However, I was very pleased with the work they did. I plan on using them next year and perhaps with other future landscaping needs.

They were here on time, they looked at everything and they took their time to think about what the job would entail. They didn't just mail the quote, they actually came over and dropped it off.

They did a beautiful job. We have gotten very many compliments on the driveway. I would recommend them for anyone considering brick work.
