The parts only cost $15 and the rest was labor and the cost of coming out. I thought that was very reasonable considering he came from Orrville. After he was done he cleaned up his mess and since I asked for the bill that day he went to his truck to figure out the bill. Normally the send the invoice by mail. After giving me the bill and I had finished paying him I mentioned another issue that the house had with an older leaking pipe. He offered to look at it and he took a couple photos of the pipe. He quoted $200-300 for that job. I told our landlord about the quote since his last quote for the same job he was told over $1,000.

Orrville plumbing and heating gave me an estimate on my broken air conditioner. I felt like it was too high so I called Rick's heating and cooling out. They diagnosed the same thing but their estimate was 1/2 as much as Orrville plumbing and heating . Rick's fixed it and it ran great. I don't think Orrville Plumbing and heating is dishonest but in my case, they were too expensive.

We have always been happy with their services. My overall experience has been nearly excellent. The price is on par with anybody else around here. The quality of work is excellent. There was a little bit of a wait time and miscommunication but that was no big deal. The professionalism is excellent. They are probably the only ones I will use.

They are reliable, prompt, and do really good work.
