I have used Randy twice. Once at a condo I manage on Grant St(I'm a Realtor.) Once at my home in Gahanna.
Both times, Randy took apart the broken blind and fixed it. One time it was a moter. The second time my HUnter Douglas Blind needed re-strung. Both times it was a $75 service call, and nothing additional.
