They're never there on time. They're never there on the day that they say they're going to be. The worst that they do is, they don't kind of finish. It's subpar and kind of crappy. I've had three project managers. It hasn't been the best experience. I told my realtors to never ever recommend them, ever. It was pretty good pricing. They did a good job on my deck when they actually decided to show up. The second project manager never called me back. I've had three project managers, the second one, I called every single day for a week and he never returned one of my phone calls. The guys that came were actually pretty nice.
