Prior to founding Radiant Windows in 2001, my wife and I traveled around the country and different parts of the world designing windows, equipment, and factories for the window industry. We know windows. We are truly experts when it comes to helping people to make the right choices when deciding to purchase new windows and doors and all the little details that go with them and within their budget.

Everything exceeded expectations. From sales to installation, the experience was great. The windows are well made and attractive. There was no sales pressure and everything was explained. The installers were awesome. Polite, courteous, and professional, they worked quickly and quietly. They were very respectful of our property and cleaned up when the job was completed.

We are extremely happy with Radiant Windows from receiving a quote from the salesman at our home (which was less than 2 other companies), to visiting the store, to having our windows installed earlier than expected and the great crew! The quality is excellent and the crew installed the windows and cleaned up everything inside and out. They even found some rot after removing one of the windows and fixed for us. They are great to work with and we are beyond pleased with our new windows.

The windows, Vytex Potomac, are excellent and the crew installed 10 windows in one day. My wife and I couldn’t be happier. I would like to put a special shout-out to the crew. They worked well together and looked like they enjoyed their craft. They were also very kind and went above and beyond just installing my windows. One of the crew members even readjusted my screen door. It used to shut hard but works perfectly now. My wife told him doors were not part of the job and he said that he just wanted to do it. The professionalism, attention to detail, cleanliness and topped off by kindness…. A home owner would be hard pressed to find a better outfit to get windows from. Radiant Windows did an absolutely wonderful job with replacing my home's 23 windows and 1 storm door. The owner, Mike, and salesman, Dana, were very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel any sort of pressure. Mike even traveled the 90-ish minutes to my home to take the final measurements for each window to make sure everything was done right. When it came time for installation, the crew (shout out to Ryan, Dean, Eric, Colby, Will, Luke and Tyler) was on time, personable, and treated my home with respect. they did an excellent job with clean-up as well! I am beyond satisfied with my new windows and I finally get to enjoy looking out my sunroom's windows to see my backyard. Overall, Radiant Windows by far exceeded my expectations and without a doubt, I recommend them to anyone looking to have their windows replaced!

Radiant Windows is above average in everything! The company is run by engineers and designers who have worked in the window industry and best of all it is family based and locally run. Their quote services are straight forward at only 30min vs. the others at 2hrs. The windows are superior and come with a Lifetime Warranty even if you move. And the installation is professional, fast, and installed by kind and trustworthy individuals. They do not work on commission and do not advertise, all word of mouth. What do you get from that? Someone who is straight forward, reduced pricing (like 50% less than those who advertise) and an installation from a locally owned family based company.

This company is AMAZING! They employ the best people! We love our new windows and doors. They have made our home so quiet now that I don't even hear my husband come in through the back door anymore! We cant believe how bright the inside of our house is now. The installers (Ryan, Eric and Dean) were professional, courteous, hard working...just a real pleasure and they made a great effort to make our home look spotless when they were done! We didnt have to do ANY clean up. It went great. The house stays warmer and cooler now and the porch will be a great 3 season space for us. The view is superb now that the old storm windows are gone. The only downside is the notice from the county tax assessor that they will be reviewing our home.

This company is amazing! We had our whole house replaced with new windows, patio sliding door, garage entry door and garage service door replaced. I wanted to let you know how impressed we were that Laurie was able to get a crew out so quick on Friday to fix our floor from water damage from our sliding door. We are getting new floor this week and that meant a lot to us. In addition, I wanted to let you know how great Ryan and Dean were. They were very pleasant and informative. Very nice guys!
