We recently completed a renovation of our home in Marblehead, Ohio. Matt, owner of Fisher Electronics, helped us develop a Sonos and Eero WIFI systems for our new home. He gave us different Sonos options and pricing. Once we determined the right plan, Matt and his assistant came out to the house multiple times to prepare for our new systems We also had wiring completed for future expansion of our Sonos. Matt did an outstanding job! We love our Sonos and Eero WIFI systems! Matt is extremely knowledgeable and always gives his customers options based on their budgets. His customer service is outstanding. If you are considering installing a sound system or WIFI for your home, we highly recommend Fisher Electronics!

Whole house wiring - coax, ethernet and telephone. Made it happen on short notice and was able to accommodate our situation. Neat and tidy, works great and looks amazing. Would definitely recommend to others!

kBrought my tv to them for repair estimate. paid the "estimate fee" 35.00 +tax,  they told me it would take a week to diagnose the problem. 2 weeks went by before i stopped in there to get an update, they told me what was wrong. and that they are trying to locate part for it. i left, 3 weeks later i went back, they told me they can't order part, and "assumed" i didn't want the tv anymore. with prying damage to the screen edges all around, and well the fact they never ever called me to update me on the status of the repair. so i feel they basically took my money, held onto the tv and let it collect dust, and damaged it.  then took it to the willard radio shack, where they estimated it free, and replaced the power supply for 20 bucks.....this business is BAD buisness in my book and recomend all to stay away, also reported to the BBB.
